Jc pulled out a small notebook and said "Oh please, I'll talk to you about that later. Now what would you like to eat?" I shook my head "Jc, I want answers now." I demanded.
"I couldn't stand being away from you any longer. I stayed at my house alone, just listening to nothing. I was hoping you'd call me again... Look the girl you saw on the video wasn't someone I was dating. We were going to a youtube meet up." I crossed my arms.
"What about Addy?" I asked. His eyes grew wide. "That's what I thought. Jc, if you don't mind I'm on a date and I'd like a real waiter here." I picked up my menu and he slammed it back down on the table.
"You've already moved on? Like that?" He said as if accusing me of a crime. I stood only inches from his face "Moved on from what, because what we had was never a relationship!" I said through my teeth.
"It might have meant nothing to you, but to me it meant everything! Addy was before I met you in, even when all I was to you was a screen name!" He stated. "Really? Cause I'm sure your concept of time is different than mine!" I said.
"Nally, Jc please!" Hoodie pulled us apart. "Jc, she obviously doesn't wanna talk to you right now, just please wait until her and I are done, please." I sat back down "Stay out of this pretty boy!" Jc pushed him back.
"Watch who your calling pretty boy, you pampered computer star!" I stood "Hey! He's not the only one that is a pampered computer 'star'!" I pushed him away from Jc. "That's not what I meant Nally!" He said.
"HOODIE!" Said an excited woman. We all turned around as there was a woman in a black dress. "Mom?" Hoodie said.
She ran up and hugged him. "Mrs. Allen?" I gulped. "Oh hello dear." she shook my hand. "I though you were coming next week..." Hoodie said. "Oh I just said that so I could surprise you." she laughed putting away her sunglasses.
She sat in the empty seat and poured herself some champagne. "So what are we talking about?" She asked sipping her drink. We all looked at each other, Hoodie and I taking our seats.
I pulled Jc by his collar down to my level. "We finish this later. Now send us a real waiter!" I whisper yelled in his ear. He went off and I smiled towards Hoodies mom.
"So how was the flight?" I asked sipping more champagne. "Oh awful!" She exclaimed "Too bumpy! I was in the back of first class and my Michael Kors purse got a scratch! If you're gonna be the 'best' airline in America do your job right." she laughed.
I glanced at Hoodie and he shook his head. "Well I've rode many of planes. I just appreciate landing on the ground and being alive." Hoodie smiled.
"Well, I would like to be comfortable and be alive. But that mindset is a nice one, Nally." she smiled and took another sip.
I nodded. We continued talking and eating until Hoodies mom got tired. I let Hoodie take his mom to his house and I called an uber.
I waited for Jc to come outside so we could talk. I pulled out my phone and saw a message from Ryan. "Nally, please come quick. Ally I basement. building u." I raised a brow.
"Baby!" Jc yelled. He stumbled over me. He smelled like alcohol. "Have you been drinking?!" I exclaimed. "Just a little." he laughed I rolled my eyes, I set him on a bench and watched for the uber.
He kept calling my name from the bench. I just continued watching for the uber, I saw it turn the corner and I picked up Jc and put him in the seat next to me and waited for us to get back to my place.
I watched out the window and watched the lights go by. Jc was passed out, Hoodie sent me a text saying "Good night baby girl, talk to you later ❤️"
I smiled but couldn't help but try to decode ryans message.
