Lillie wake up!" rose shook her furiously
Lillie mumbled "no i don't want to. ten more minutes."
"but i made you breakfast. your favorite." rose sang
lillie shot up and out of her bed and said
"alright leave and let me get ready."
"ok, fine." rose left her room pleased with what she had achieved.
they sat at the table in comfortable silence until they finished breakfast, which was banana foster waffles.
lillie stood up and walked to the door.
"see you later rose."
"have fun!"
"i'll try." lillie yelled as she walked out the door and off to school

"hey lillie!" allie yelled
allie ran up to lillie and trapped her in a hug.
"it has only been two weeks. calm down. ok?"
"i know. but still i missed you." allie complained
"i missed you too but, do you think you can let go? i can't breathe."
"oh yeah sorry." with that allie let go.
"i think there's someone who missed you just as much as me"
"oh who?" she cocked her head to the side
"mark. i think he likes you."
"no, no, no, he can't. lillie repeated to herself. you know i don't do love allie."
"i know. but he still misses you as much as i do. so, let's make a bet "
"ok. what is it?" lillie asked intrigued
"if you guys get together by the end of the year you have to do a cat-maid stream."
"and if we don't, you have to be in my stream with the cat-maid dress on.” lillie negotiated
allie gave it some thought before responding with “deal.”
“and, now to seal it in let’s shake on it.”
“pleasure to do business with you." allie said smugly.
it started to rain as the friends walked to class. the crisp autumn air stings lillie's face as she starts to walk home as she crossed the street it started to rain again
"ugh i didn't bring my umbrella."
mark was trying to catch up to lillie. due to his long legs, he caught up pretty fast. he tapped on her shoulder.
lillie turned around while saying "yes mark?"
"how did you know it was me?"
"you're the only person who would have ever tapped on my shoulder like that." lillie stated
"true. but we don't even talk so that was weird. "
"anyway, what did you need?"
"oh, um since you have the best grades in science i was wondering if you could help me."
"oh, in that case sure. i thought that my friend had dared you to talk to me."
"that makes sense. oh, i don't think this is the best time, but do you work at chipotle?"
"Yes why? DO YOU WORK IN THE BACK TOO?!?!" Lillie exclaimed
"Yes I do. Anyways when should we meet up to study?
"Umm how about Wednesday?"
"Yes that works since we don't have work on Wednesday."
"Oh and since I don't like giving my number to people heres my discord." Lillie said scribbling on a slip of paper
"Done here you go Mark."
"Thanks."
"No problem."
Lillie and Mark continued to walk home with mark when they came to a stop.
mark spoke up" I umm have to go this way home s-so see you tomorrow."
"Ok see you later mark"
