(Still Mr. Grits' POV)
The bright and fluorescent lights of my flashlight almost blinded me. I had made it halfway through the Airship without anyone noticing, and hoped to keep it that way.
Cold and hungry, I quickly walked alongside the hallway to the closest exit. When I got there, the exit door was covered in locks and chains. Fourtantly, I knew how to pick locks ever since I was 8 years old. I picked up a small paperclip from the floor and worked my way out.
A few moments later, I found myself standing outside, feeling even more cold than ever. I looked up to the night sky and found nothing but shimmering stars. I sighed and looked to my left. The ship must have landed somewhere around here. It's only been a couple of minutes since the meeting and the size of the ship was humongous, I should have been able to see it. Even if it was further away. I started running left and suddenly bumped into something big. "Ow." I mumbled. A spark zapped near me. I gazed upwards and saw the alien ship was right next to me. Of course.
The ship was invisible. I've seen many ships that had invisibility in the movies. But, I found it so now I have to figure out how to get in without disturbing anything, especially the aliens. I walked as quietly as I could around the ship and found a small hole.
Bending down, I peeked inside the hole, only to find a small room full of boxes. Must be a storage. I struggled a little to fit inside the hole, but still got in. The ship was so still and quiet that I feared that it would vanish within the air.
Walking through the dark ship, I suddenly realized that someone or something was following me. I turned around to look, but no one was in sight. When I reached the room where the glass prisons were before, I felt that eerie feeling again. Something was definitely following me. I turned to my right and saw a dark shadow floating around the room. That did nothing to make me feel safer. Suddenly, I heard a soft noise coming from a poorly lit corner. I faced that way and something lunged towards me, doing the Tarzan yell. The thing, whatever it was, (it was still dark so I couldn't see that well) jumped on my chest, causing me to softly grunt instead of screaming my lungs out.
"Who are you and what are you doing here?" it hissed. "I-I-I'm a human being from Earth. I was just exploring the ship." I stammered. "Is that true?"
I nodded. The thing got off of me and stood up, revealing itself. I noticed something strange about it, reminding me of my real nightmare.
"Y-you're an... an-"
"An alien? Yeah pretty much." Its voice was higher when it calmed down. "Wait," I said. "You're a girl?" "Yep." "Who are you?"
"I'm..." The alien paused. "That's classified." "Why?" I asked, getting up.
"That's also classified."
"Ugh." I groaned. "Did you know that some of your alien kind captured me and my friends before?" I asked, trying to change the subject. The alien turned around to face me, but didn't answer. "Wait, were you guys planning to eat us?"
"No. Well...yes actually. But I didn't want to. I mean, why would you capture some random humans from Earth just to eat them and then go hungry again? That's totally idiotic." I shrugged. "Yeah, I guess so. Like, how could you eat me? You're literally half my size." "Just because I'm half your size doesn't mean I couldn't attack you. Like I did earlier."
I shrugged again in response. The alien walked around some more but then stopped when she reached me. "I know you're half lying." "What?" "About what you're doing. I actually know all about you." I rested my hands against my hips. "Oh really? Then who am I?" I questioned. She cleared her throat. "You are Mr. Grits. Favorite color, blue of course. Age, 20 human years. Favorite animal, tiger. And... I'm assuming you're here to rescue your friends without getting caught."
I gawked at her, stunned. "W-wow." Was all I could choke out. "Yes, wow. I also know all about your friends. They're Jeff, Chester, Banana, Mrs. Darth Tater, Snowball, Chloe, Avi but you call her Iva, Sandy, Your Mom who's your actual girlfriend, Star, Pigeon, Peach, Ninja, Poop, and Mr. Pepperoni Man." The alien counted off her fingers. "But I know that four of your friends are still here: Ninja, Poop, Sandy, and Peps. And you're here to try to rescue them, all by yourself. That's a shame. You're really smart, but it seems like you don't use your brain sometimes."
Then, a whole army of aliens appeared behind her. I gasped in surprise, staggered backwards, tripped on a small box which seemed like it had grown legs and walked up behind me, and landed flat on my back. "Sorry, Mr. Grits." I heard the alien say. "But I have to follow orders, whether I want to or not." She strolled around somewhere while the alien army was trying to keep me from fighting them, which I tried to anyway. They had to pin me down in order for them to wrap ropes around my hands. Looking out a window nearby, I just then realized that the ship already took off into outer space. I could already see Mars in the distance. I was now captured by the aliens and there was no way back. That was the worst decision I've ever made in my entire life.
