Euguo, Asuna and Kirito sat around a low table in Asuna's house. Kirito and Euguo were exasperated, their heads in their hands. "So you're telling me the reason you left is because of your parents." Kirito said in a low whisper. "Yeah, I hate them too, buddy." Said Euguo "And now they're making me court her." he said in a sarcastic tone. "Mutual feelings." said Asuna, looking equally exasperated as both of them.

"So you're both against this?" "Obviously!" They said in unison. Kirito breathed a small sigh of relief. "And, I have someone else in mind." whispered Euguo. Kirito and Asuna shared a mischievous glance.

"Who?"

"This girl named Alice. She was working with the MBC as a student. She was radiant. She had golden hair, and the most beautiful blue eyes you'll ever see. I was smitten with her, and everyone else knew it."

"Was?" Asked Kirito with his eyebrows raised

"That was before she disappeared. It was about a month ago, and I've been searching for her since." He said solemnly. "I have a couple of leads, most off them involving my parents. I think they found out about Alice and decided to end those ties. No, she's not dead." Kirito and Asuna's face simultaneously relaxed.

"I'll gladly help you. I have to remain here for a while anyways." Said Kirito. 'hate to ruin your reunion, but you have to keep moving.' said Sorteliena in Kirito's earpiece. 'well, i might have something to say about that. I've had my eye on an item I want that happens to be in this region for while.' Kirito whispered back.

"Well," Asuna said with a clap, "It's been great having this reunion, I say we meet back at Kirito's house same time this weekend, to discuss future plans in privacy." Asuna's mom shrank behind the curtain.

"I agree." said Eugeo.

Him and Kirito embraced, each clapping the others back incredibly hard.

"It was good seeing you, old friend."

 "Likewise."

Eugeo left and walked to his car. Kirito opened the front door, paused, then turned around an gave Asuna a peck on the forehead. "Nice necklace." The door shut.

Asuna blushed, her brain cells fizzing out. She reached up to touch the still- warm spot on her forehead. How'd he know about the necklace? I'm sure I never showed it to him.

Kirito stood outside the house, his hands covering his face. "So she doesn't remember me. Interesting. Now about that Item..." Kirito jumped on top of the neighboring house, the disappeared into the fading light of the sunset.

"Kuradeel, we may have a complication with the arrangements involving the Yuuki's." A shadow flicked out of sight and over a nearby fence, headed in the opposite direction as Kirito.

school started again so this'll probably be updated once a week or once every 2 weeks
