After the incredible and chaotic match against Brock Lesnar, John Cena, and Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, it was time for the Royal Rumble. Some surprise entrants came in the form of Bubba Ray Dudley, which gave the people of Philadelphia nostalgia for ECW, the Boogeyman, and DDP.
Daniel Bryan is fighting for his life as he goes through each superstar to win the Rumble. Despite this, the Rumble became an afterthought as Big Show and Kane started decimating anyone around, in order for the Authority to increase their power.
They eliminated Ryback and Jack Swagger as they continue beating other superstars. Soon, the buzzer sounds as Dolph's theme plays. Kane and Big Show turn to the stage, waiting for Ziggler. Strangely, Dolph didn't come out.
Kane and Show were confused as well as everyone else. Why didn't Dolph come out? Then, the titantron cuts to backstage as medical staff arrived at what looked like a crime scene. We then see Dolph hanging upside down with a chain cuffed on his leg and he was severally beaten.
The crowd was shocked to see Dolph in such a state as Kane and Show are now confused beyond belief. What happened to Dolph? The others superstars turn to them, thinking they have done something. Kane and Big Show shook their heads in denial until...

The crowd got spooked as the arena went into a dark red lighting. Soon, a figure comes out of the stage as it makes its way to the ring. The crowd immediately looks on in shock as the superstars see who it came out.

Kane was looking on with horror in his eyes as the figure stops at ringside. He was glaring daggers at Kane before climbing up the apron and entering the ring. The crowd then see how tall this monster is as it stood over Kane and even Big Show in a few inches.
