I feel like I'm falling

Not gliding

falling.

my scarf is thrown away from me

loose threads like scrambling legs.

My neck is cold.

I don't like cold.

I shut my eyes as

whispers fill my ears

whispers of fear

of desperation

of guilt.

I open my eyes

the sky cracks before me

a galactic mess

strange

And just as suddenly,

I hit the ground

Goodbye
