Back at the house the group begin to get ready to head back to the beach for some more swimming, once packed they walk to the ocean and Calm and Elliot jumped straight in.
Maya decided to stay on shore with Isla for a little while, shortly after Maya says she's going to go on a walk by herself just to explore a little and that she will be right back.
She wander's into the woods and enjoys some peaceful time alone for once since she arrived on the island, The woods were dense and had tall thick trees all around, there were buses and shrubs with colorful flowers all over. There were faint trial markings all through the forest and Maya enjoyed herself walking around admiring the scenery.
While walking a small deer poked it's head out of the bush at Maya's feet, it wasn't scared of Maya and was quite friendly. It sniffed around Maya's legs while she petted it. Once finished sniffing it looked deep into Maya's eyes and then took off walking back into the deep trees.
Maya continued walking through the trails and seeing all the forest had to offer.
she spots a small group of pink flowers and hunkers down to take a closer look, she gazes happily into the small patch of flowers, suddenly she doesn't feel as stressed as she did before.
Gazing into the collage of pink tulips she starts to notice that the tips of the flowers are turning brown and crinkling before her very eyes, The flowers turn brown and black and wither away.
Maya jumps up startled by what she has seen and looks around her to see many patches of pink and red flowers wither away and die, Maya's face turns cold and scared, she runs of abandoning the thing that not long ago gave her such peace but now gives her fear.
As the wind blows behind her Maya races back to the beach to find her friends and try to figure out what just happened and what she just saw.
She comes out to see the beach and her friends splashing each other having water fights.
She screams across the sea to come back, the others stop the war of water and question what Maya is doing, they return back to the shore and Maya drags all three of them over to the scene of her fear.
Once they reach the spot Maya was talking about there's nothing there, "seriously you dragged us out of the water for nothing" Elliot says.
"Your so annoying Maya", Elliot continues. Maya tells the others that she's not lying and she really did see something here, Maya explains everything she saw to her friends and that she really is telling the truth.
Calm wants to believe her but without proof he sees no reason to, Isla looks into Maya's eyes and can see the fear in them, she knows Maya was scared by something she just doesn't know if what she is saying is true.
The others turn around and head back to the beach to pack up their stuff and return back to the house, Maya feeling defeated and depressed follows them and begins the walk back home.
When they reach the house Calm and Isla start cooking dinner and Elliot sets the table. Our characters enjoy a well made meal before going to bed and concluding day 2.
The next day Calm and Elliot go outside early in the morning and collect a pile of logs for the fireplace, before bringing them inside they need to cut them in half.
Calm collects the logs while Elliot cuts them in half, during this Maya walks outside to see what all the noise is she rubs her eyes with exhaustion and asks what the two boys are doing. "Go back inside and clean the kitchen Elliot snaps to his friend", Maya raises her head slowly and stares deep into Elliot's eyes before marching over to him and snatching the axe out of his hands and pushing him to the floor.
She grabs the biggest log in the pile and stands it on the tree trunk and lifts the axe up into the air and slamming it down on to log cutting it in half with a clean line, she turns to Elliot still laying on the ground and points the axe under his chin.
"Never tell a woman what she can and can't do" Maya sternly explains, she slams the axe back into the tree trunk and turns and says to the boys "now, try and get that out" and walks of back inside to bed.
Elliot is speechless and Calm is left astounded. Maya meets Isla in the corridor to her bed room and she's carrying a big stack of towels and freshly washed cloths, "What are you doing" Maya asks.
Isla explains how she's getting all the washing up done and cleaning all the clothes, Maya shoots a look of pity into Islas face and then takes half the stack of towels off of her, "you don't have to do that, I can get it all done by myself it's really no problem", Isla says. " I don't agree with you doing all the washing up and laundry in this house hold, the boys should help out.
But since I know I can't change your mind and get them to do it instead, I'll just help you myself" Maya states. Isla thanks Maya for her help and they both walk off to the back kitchen.
