The Flash: another crisis

The future is the past

Barry:

"Boss I think you should slow it down" Chester advised as Barry ran through the streets of Central City.

"I'm fine Chester" Barry assured the techy.

As Barry ran around he heard a scream and did a 180 and bolted to the sound of the scream.

When he got to where he had heard the scream it was empty and Barry was confused.

"So your the oh so famous Flash" a voice asked and Barry turned around to see a man in tattered clothing holding some kind of gun.

"Your a badguy right?" Barry asked gestureing to the gun.

The man nodded and pointed the gun at Barry "Barry catch his bullets so that they can't hit anything and cause property damage" Iris ordered and Barry rolled his eyes.

"Buddy put the gun down you don't to go to jail right?" He asked the guy who kept the gun pointed at Barry.

Barry shrugged and tense ready to catch the bullet, the gun went off and Barry entered flashtime to catch it.

The bullet flew through the air and hit Barry in the shoulder.

Barry was knocked out of flastime and he stumbled to the ground in shock.

The guy who shot him whooped "that's right Flash this isn't your city anymore" he anounced as he ran off.

"Barry, Barry!" Someone shouted in his comms but Barry began to feel heavily dizzy and his head hit the ground as he blacked out.

Caitlin:

Everyone in the cortex was panicking, even Frost looked worried.

"Barry!" Iris shouted and Caitlin couldn't tell if she was annoyed or worried.

Caitlin hurried out of the cortex with Chester following her.

"Where are you going?" He asked her.

"Well Barry has somehow been shot and is not responding or moving so I'm going to help him, you coming?" She asked and Chested nodded as they grabbed a Star Labs van and drove to Barry's location.

They got there and Barry was passed out  bleeding all over the ground.

"Chester help me get him into the van" she ordered and the two of them where able to get Barry into the van.

Chester hit the gas and took off to Star Labs while Caitlin took care of Barry in the back.

They reached Star Labs half carrying Barry between them "he is heavier than I thought" Caitlin thought to herself as her and Chester made their way to the medlab.

After a couple of minutes Caitlin had gotten the bullet out of Barry's shoulder but he wasn't healing and he was still bleeding.

"Frost, Allegra" Caitlin called and the two metas poked their heads in.

"How can we help?" Allegra asked.

Caitlin though about it for a moment "we need to stop his bleeding and help him heal..... Frost do you remember when Cisco cut his hand on Cicada's dagger and you used ice to heal it?" She asked and Frost nodded.

Frost held her hand over Barry's wound  and realsed a cold mist which filled up the hole mostly.

"Okay Allegra come here" she asked and Allegra scooted closer "he's going to start phasing soon due to his body's natural dislike for cold so I need you to cauterize the wound so that once the ice melts he won't start bleeding.

Allegra looked uncomfortable at first but she cast a glance at Chester who gave her a reassuring smile, Allegra took a deep breath and her hand started glowing.
