Chapter 11

Things have been going well at work, I mean obviously I'm amazing at my job because I take pride what I do; however, it's been much better than usual as such I am able to get even more time to myself. I spend a lot of it with Nesa and Aaron, he comes over quite a lot and play games with me and Nesa, and at times he dives us to the beach or random places, Nesa and him are great friends and I like that they get along so things aren't awkward. Our next date is in one week and we have already planned on how it will end so I'm looking forward to that. My parents had once more set up a group of blind dates for me which i have to attend but thank God for work I was able to cancel most of them. The ones I did go to were the same as usual all they did was talk about themselves and I never even got to say a word but I didn't mind I enjoyed the amazing foods. Matt had also started dating his ex and a few other models and I have seen a few at the office and they all seems to dislike me but I really could care less. We haven't been on any dates or had sex in three weeks which was really weird but we still talked outside of work about personal things and he's always asking about Leo and A, and he's always trying to hint at something but I can never tell what because, all he keeps saying is that he doesn't trust them or asking if  have I done a background check, which I keep telling him I have done.

There's been a bit of tension between us and not the good type, but thank God it doesn't affect our work or that would have been an issue since we have been attending a lot of meetings together.
I am suppose to spend this weekend with Leo, I was exciting, he was bringing a friend so that Nesa could join us, we planned on driving to the city next to us, and renting a yacht and going out to sea for the weekend.

Once I was through with work on Friday I called Nesa to let her know I was ready, and she went and picked up our bags, and I then picked her up from our apartment. We had decided to meet Leo at the boat house since he was coming from out of town and he'd be tired. As I was leaving to go get Nesa Matt came up to me and gave me a bunch of roses with a small note attached to it and then he kissed me on the forehead and told me to be careful and come back home to him. I smiled at him but I was shocked he was acting like his old self, but it seems so out of character now, I didn't have time to question it so I got in my car, and when I got to my apartment I told Nesa what happened and she immediately grabbed the note and started reading it and I saw her face scrunched up in irritation and I knew there was something on it I won't like so I took it from her and it said,

"My princess I am sorry about how I have been acting I'm such an asshole but I promise it's stops now, so please be safe and return to me, you own my heart and I have missed you and that pretentious Leonardo will never love or care for you like I will, so be careful because he's not who you think he is, and he's not good enough for you, I love you"

I reread it about five times to wondering,  if I was reading correctly, I then started at Nesa and she was staring at me, We were both upset, because Matt insulted Leo, Nesa had always been a fan of Leo from high-school and she had been sad when we broke up she was even upset with me, But I was upset because, Matt and I have an agreement that we are just dating openly and he knows I don't love him so for him to tell me that he loves me on a piece of paper it seems like manipulation, and the fact he keeps talking bad about Leo when he knows nothing about him or our relationship is disrespectful, Leo has never yet disrespected him and he is very understanding of the agreement I have with Matt. I wasn't going to let Matt ruin my weekend do I threw the note and flowers in the back of the car and started the drive.

We arrived two hours later due to heavy traffic and the bathroom stops we made. Leo and his friend was already waiting for us and they already rented the yatch, he had called an hour before to say he had landed and was heading to the boat house. When he saw me he smiled so big he looked like he was in the True or Dare movie. I chuckled and hugged him, he then introduced us to his friend Allen,he was strong built and had sharp facial features, he was very handsome and I knew Nesa was pleased, Allen  started talking immediately and I realized he was a bit of a comedian which wasn't a bad thing because Nesa likes when a guy has the ability to make her laugh even if it wasn't anything serious. Leo and Allen got our bags from the car and as they were coming back I saw Leo with a pissed off expression on his face and Allen looked a bit serious I was confused and then I saw the note in Leo's hand, he came to me and asked what it was and so I told him that Matt gave it to me has some sort of apology, I'd never mentioned that Matt constantly warns me to stop my involvement with him because I don't want him to dislike Matt because of me. He looked at the note like he wanted to kill the paper and so I went up to him and gave him a kiss which he responded to and then I told him it was fine because i didn't care what Matt said it was my choice he smiled at that and said,

"He isn't wrong I'm definitely not good enough for you but I'm trying to be, but I'd never force you to choose me, your feelings,choice and thoughts are more important to me than anything else, and I know I have been keeping secrets from you but I just want to do this right "

He was such a sweet heart he always has been that is one thing all three guys have in common and so Matt's behavior was really puzzling but that wasn't important right now. I smiled at Leo and reassured him everything was fine,

"If your not good enough for me then neither am I good enough for you so guess we are one in the same, but thank you for your understanding and patience and we all have our secrets so whenever you're ready to share yours I will be here but if you don't want to you don't have to I am okay with either choice "

At that he smiled and we kissed gain and then we joined Nesa and Allen and I was happy to see Allen once more talking and joking around. Allen was talking the first shift as driver and so we started on our journey to sea. Later that night as we all sat having dinner Nesa asked me and Leo,

"Why did  you  guys break up after high school ?, Miss Kamela here refuse to tell me, well I never really asked because she would always cry but now I want to know "

Me and Leo looked at each other and I wasn't sure if he wanted me to talk about it but then he smiled and nodded yes. So I told Nesa,

"Well as you know we basically grew up together and we were each others  first in everything, but Leo was very sweet and submissive back then and I was too young to understand my sexuality, and because I always had to be the dominant one it was causing strain on the relationship and we couldn't figure out why, I didn't want him to change just for me but I wanted something more I just didn't know what at the time, so we started having arguments about it, and Leo wanted to wait until after high school for us to have sex and he was talking about marriage and I just wanted to have sex but I also wasn't ready for marriage, so we disagreed, but then one day we had this huge argument because this guy that use to be on the football team that always had the weird hairstyles started spreading a rumor that I was flirting with him because we had a project together and I was being a nice person, and Leo got jealous and in the argument he asked if I was that desperate to be fucked that'd I'd fuck any guy and at the time I couldn't understand why he'd even think that I was just hurt that'd he would even think of me like that so I wanted to hurt him back and I told him I didn't love him because he was so Submissive and he didn't know how to be a man and he's more of a woman, and some other hurtful things, I also said that it was she reason his mom left because she didn't want him  and he cried but I was too caught up in my own emotions to realize and by then it was too late, and so he left and the next week everyone found out the guy was lying and he got suspended, and when Leo dad asked if he wanted to go attend college and live with his uncle he had said yes because he was hurt and so when we got over our hurt and got to talking things out it was all just a mess so we decided to end things. And after that we just lost contact because it was so hard, and once I discovered my interest in BDSM and other things I was able to understand my younger self and also understand the younger Leo, but we are both different now and we are over all of that"

I said all this while looking at Leo and when I was finished there was complete silence and then Nesa got up and hugged me and then Leo and Allen took my hand and gave it a squeeze and a kiss, showing they understood our past pain, it was such a relief to actually tell  Nesa and especially with Leo there, I knew Nesa would want to talk about every detail when we were alone and thats okay. After that we talked about everything that had happened a bit and was even able to laugh over everything.

After that we enjoyed the beautiful night sky with some lovely music.

So I decided to satisfy your curiosity and tell you'll what happened in kamela's and Leonardo's past, but still seems there's a lot more to Leo than what meets the eyes. But what secrets do you think he's keeping from her?
