John was laying in bed and was extremely bored. His computer started going off. "Looks like a chum is pestering." He said while standing to go see who was pestering him.
Karkat impatiently waits for john to pester him back. "Hey Karkat! What's up?" John replied. "Well nothing really, but do you wanna maybe come over?" Karkat replies.
John is shocked by what Karkat asked. Usually karkat would prefer to be away from him, well thats what he would usually think. "Uh yeah sure, I'll be over in a bit." He replies and starts getting ready to leave.
Karkat started rushing around to make sure everything was clean and in place. There was a knock on the door. Karkat started running towards the door, and stubbed his toe on a table near the door. "Ow ow fuck..." he whispered. Kar then opened the door acting like nothing happened. "Hey, come in." Karkat walked away from the door. "Hey kar." John said.
John shut the door behind him.
