Hi, I'm Eve, a self-taught traditional artist, who mostly draws fanarts. This is my second year joining the Inktober challenge. Last year, I created a full detailed fanart to every single day, for that, I had to work in advance. This year, I can't do the same, so instead I have a smaller sketchbook, where I'm going to create illustrations to each prompt.
This is the first page of the challenge, which is also the cover of this book: the Inktober logo. I painted the background with white gouache, and used a black marker on top of it for the letters. (The sketchbook's paper is toned)

For those who do not know: Inktober is a full month challenge every single year, in October, connected to Halloween. As far as I know, originally it was created by tattoo artists, that is why it is called Inktober. Most artists are only doing pen/marker illustrations, but nowadays all types of mediums are welcomed. For each day of October, we get a prompt of different kinds of words. We need to use are creativity to create an artwork which fits into the prompt.
