NEVER ENDING EVENING

Conan list a few resources and had kept it ready for the assignment. He needed to buy a few more resources, he had the idea of calling Louis for shopping with him.

He rang up to Louis and he picked the call,

"Hello? Who's this? " asked Louis

Then Conan replied "I thought you saved my number earlier-"

Louis cut the call

Conan called him again, boosting his confidence

As the phone rang from Louis' phone from the same number, he was left annoyed, but however he picked the call.

"What do you want?" Louis asked with redness in his face.

"Thank God you picked it up,it's me, uh, Conan", Conan said stammering.

" Oh you little brat, what is it that you are calling me repeatedly", said Louis.

"I only called you twice- " Conan said.

Before Conan could finish his sentence, Louis interrupted, " Yeah whatever, it's annoying me, now what do u want. Tell for God's sake. "

Conan shivered by these words and he said, " Well, I was gonna ask you something about the assignment that we got, there are some few materials that we require to buy. So I thought maybe you could come for shopping with me".

"Nah.... I don't have time right now, I'm busy. You do the assignment alone", Louis replied with a ignorant tone.

Then Conan said, " In that case, I would have to call Kate and go with her".

As Louis heard Kate's name, he remembered the warning she had earlier said to him. Louis had no chance of getting away from Conan.

"Wait.... I might have spare time around 3pm, so why don't we use that time", Louis said softly

Conan was surprised at his response
" Ok-uh- well- then, I shall see you near St. Peter's Park"

Later at 3 pm, Conan had been waiting for Louis for 15 minutes but he didn't arrive. Meanwhile, Conan had clicked a dozen of pictures of himself with a dog around the park. As he took the last photo a voice from behind called,
"Hey You brat, what are you doing here? I
have been  looking for you".
It was Louis.

" Oh, No, Louis, It was ME who had been searching for you" said Conan with a glare in Louis' eyes.

"Now shut up and get in the car", Louis commanded.

" Ca-Car?...We are gonna go shopping from your Car? " Conan stammered.

"So are we gonna fly? " Louis added.

Conan said with sweat on his face,"You are funny, but I don't think it is necessary to drive a car just to buy a few things-"

"You talk a lot, it really annoys me. Now get in, will ya!", Louis shouted

Conan quietly came forward near his car and opened the back door.

Before Conan went inside, Louis called on him, " Not there, come sit next to me"

Conan looked baffled, and he said, " N-no, that's fine", and as he put his first foot inside the car of the back seat, Louis pulled him and closed the backdoor.

Then Louis exclaimed,"You wouldn't take my words huh? What are you trying to proof to yourself? Now get in the front. "

Conan went to the front seat and sat quietly, soaking off his sweat with a dry tissue.
Louis sat on his seat and offered Conan more tissues.

"Use more, You need to make a habit out of it if you are around me, " Louis said laughing.

Louis and Conan had spend half of their spare time with all these unnecessary pressure to themselves.

As they were shopping, they saw a few girls secretly clicking photos of them together. By this, Conan felt uncomfortable and started acting awkward.

Louis directed his way on to the girls and snatched their phones away, and he warned them not to click his photos in the public and threatened them.

Conan came to Louis and pulled him away from the girls. As the girls saw this chemistry between them, they assumed they were a couple and screamed silently as they left.

"Stupid ass girls, they don't know what privacy means, " Louis said to himself.

Then Conan responded, " This is what I fear the most, this is what brings others in hatred".

They both looked at each other blankly for a while and they turned away.

Conan felt it awkward what he just said as it didn't make a complete sense. The fact Louis did something which was 'unexpected' and totally opposite of his character.

As time passed, both of them seemingly so tired, went to grab a bite.

Louis ordered those fancy dishes which astonished Conan and made him think that Louis was wasting his time and money on him.

Conan asked if it was okay to eat expensive delicacies all of a sudden.

Louis replied, "I eat this every day". And he pointed at a particular dish with his chopstick and said, "This food is what I love the most. I may be full but THIS, this delicacy always has a place in my tummy".

To be surprised with, Conan was questioning himself what went so blunt on Louis' persona suddenly, he seemed to be much nicer than he actually is.

Upon this, Conan gave a big smile.
