"Thanks for driving me mom" I say to my mom as she looks at me threw the rear view mirror. No problem sweetheart! Make sure you pick and choose the right friends * cough cough* NO VAMPIRES! She says yelling at me, "mom isnt dad a va"- " SHUSH we've gone over this dear.. the mikalesons created vampires and one of them will be at your school." "Hope is my cousin.. shouldn't i be nice to her?" " look in saying stay around people you feel safe with" she says as my mother opens the door. "Have fun sweetie" I smirk as I telekinetically tie my tall black boots.
I look down at my watch as my mom drives away. "7:00, okay that means the tour guide will be here any" I say but someone cuts me off, hey there! Im Penelope cool boots. A girl with a bob says " Hi are you my tour guide?" No i'm your real estate agent. " Finally someone here with a sense of humour" I say as she lifts my back with a flick of wrist as we walk down the front field, "Well hello witch bitch" I say surprisingly. Wasn't it obvious what else could I be, look at me? Penelope says as she opens her arms presenting herself still walking. " I was getting werewolf energy" we both laugh as she opens the door to the school. So uhm my door buddy moved out if you ever need a- "Hey door buddy" I interrupt while smirking. She smiles back while we reach the end of a hall. " so wheres class?" Why do you think cause theres no door theres no class? She says while looking at me, " Well I dont kno" - I begin to say but Penelope says a ancient chant before i could finish. A door appears in-front of me before I can finish my thoughts, Well would you look at that? She says as she picks up my bag again. "Haha very funny" I say as she turns back towards the opposite end of the hall we were just standing at. I'll put your bag on your bed she says confidently walking away. I try to push on the door but it wont budge. I then tell my self to think but i can't. I place my hand on the door, it makes a noice and then I realized " ugh a barrier" I stare at the barrier as it slowly goes away. "Maybe I have a brain cell left after all" The door opens as I see a group of students sitting in a classroom. I walk in staring uncomfortably as a girl with blonde hair looks at me. UGH? Seriously? The new witch gets into the room but I couldn't figure it out?! Please calm down lizzie. A woman standing next to me at the front of the room says, " That'll be hard" says a girl beside her. Says you emo! The blonde girl quickly replies. I look down at the girl who was upsetting her, her veins were back and I heard echos of satanic latin when I moved closer to her as I walked in front of the class. The teacher looks at me and says well never mind that, Beatrix would you like to say anything to class before I explain something to you? "Ok number one blondie.. I'm not a newbie witch just a newbie student.. and number two.. why does the girl with the black hair look like.. well why does she have crayon veins?" I say proudly not trying to show how scared I am. The whole class laughs except her and she says well you.. ugh! As I walk down to the desk next to a girl sleeping, Also Beatrix the teacher says.. that was a test to see if you knew how to navigate barriers and you knew now your grade will increase by 3%! Can't relate says the blonde girl again looking disappointed in everything.
Josie's pov
I walked into class early with a barrier spell at the secret door.. I knew to siphon it and the glass that I thought wouldn't be there this early clapped for me as I went to sit down at my desk. I see Lizzie at the front sitting angrily while repeatedly hitting her head against her desk. "Lizzie? Are you.." going to fail ancient spell class? Yeah thanks for asking. she says as she puts her head back down. " okay.." I say as I place my books on my desk, I stare at the door and then I hear a noice from behind it. "Ascendo" as my worse version walks in.. " oh god" I say as Lizzie quickly turns her head back at me and says, We'll maybe if you had left your subconscious and dealt with her in the real world instead of a fairy tale she wouldn't have come back? I nod as she sits at the front isle of the class next to lizzie. Lizzie looks at her charm bracelet and grabs her wrist pulling her forward, HEY? she says as Lizzie ripes off a charm and turns back to me and she puts the charm on my desk. I look closer and see it's a a sandclock charm, I gasp and see Dark josie grow a smile on her face as she says "Well do you like it honey?" I grab the desk to siphon it and I say " Incendia" as the charm turns to ash. Lizzie and my emo self turn back towards the board as I hear Penelope's voice, I roll my eyes and hear nothing for a while. Then the door is open surprisingly it a new girl and she permanently got rid of the barrier and then I ignored everyone one in the room and started reading my book again.
Lizzie's pov:
I am being chased oh no! I run towards the fancy carriage while the handsome foreign man chases me! I take off my blue high heels and hop into my carriage with him, He notices a curtain in-between the back seats and the front seats, he closes the blind so the driver can't see us in the back he leans towards me and says "Lizzie! Lizzie!... Lizzie" I sounds like... hope? I say as I open my eyes in bed " oh god what now hope?" Lizzie! We have a test today in ancient spells we should get there before.. "my sisters emo doppelgänger? Yeah got it." Hope leans over to my bed and opens her mouth to say, Lizzie.. I'm sorry about everything... I just hope there are no more surprises today. "What kind of surprise has already happened?" Uh the test in ancient spells? "TEST OH GOD HELP ME PICK A CUTE OUTFIF NOW HOPE" She rolls her eyes and leaves the room. I feel a bit offended I barely have any friends... I turn to stare at Josie's bed and sigh, ever since Josie moved back in with Penelope things have been... well awful. I'll just go to class now.
Hopes pov:
