Chapter Seventeen ~ Gathering at Gyoncorde Plaza

Hordy swung the blade down with a mad gleam in his eyes, at his feet laid the king, Neptune, the fishman was going to kill the king, without a doubt.

"Please save Otou-sama! Luffy-sama!" Shirahoshi cried.

Just as the blade in Hordy's was about to make contact, a noise made him pause.

Megalo, the giant shark, was spasming around before he spat out something but in the next instant it was already gone.

Then a few seconds later Hordy was blown back by Monkey D. Luffy kicking him in the stomach, the rubber man had his inside the giant shark!

"You're out already, but i guess you had no choice, hurry up you all!" Jimbei called seemingly to empty air.

"Don't worry, we were ready from the beginning, because we knew that Luffy would never sit tight as we had planned, Mirage Release" Nami spoke as she appeared with the twirl of her staff.

"Is this is Jimbei-chan? The letter from the Celestial Dragons?" the orange haired girl asked holding a piece of paper, she had successfully stolen it from the New Fish-Men Pirates.

"That's it, good job!" Jimbei praised.

"No way! Whoa! The letter is gone! When did she take it?" one fishman freaked out checking his pockets.

"What were you doing idiot?" another scolded.

"And i handed the key over to Robin" Nami added with a sly smirk.

"No, don't tell me" the second fishman said also checking his pockets "The key's gone!" he exclaimed.

"What were you doing?!" the first fishman scolded while Robin used her powers to unlock the chains around the royal family.

"Hey, look up! What's that?" a fishman called as something grew closer to the plaza, the Thousand Sunny was flying to the plaza with the help of a bubble and Franky shot off her Gaon Cannon.

Hoe, the pet whale that had been flying with the Sunny, went forward rescuing Neptune and the princes.

The Sunny landed in the plaza and the Straw Hats on board showed themselves one by one.

"Wow, look how many people there are!" Chopper exclaimed.

"Oh no, are they all our enemies?" Usopp asked looking at them all.

"I think so, it looks like there are seventy thousand or eighty thousand, no, one hundred thousand of them, maybe" Sanji said.

"That's a little tough" Brook laughed.

"You can go take a nap or something if you want, i'll take care of them" Zoro said.

"I can't wait, let's go wild guys!" Franky declared.

"Look, the members of the Straw Hats are coming out of the ship!" one fishman watching from the edge of the plaza called as the ones on board the Sunny climbed down to join the rest of the crew, while Luffy left the platform to also meet up with his crew.

"Hey! Straw Hat Luffy! Are you really going to destroy the island?!" one of the fishmen watching called.

"Why did you occupy the Ryugu Palace?! Do you want to kill the royal family too?!" another yelled.

"Was it you guys who kidnapped the mermaids?!" a third yelled.

"Hey! Answer us! Are you people friends or foes to Fish-Man Island?!" another yelled.

"Answer, Straw Hat!" one more yelled before the whole crew had gathered.

"Friends or foes? That's something you'll have to decide on your own!" Luffy answered.
