Patience POV
It's Monday and i really don't want to go to school. I haven't talked to anyone but Nane since Friday. At least i know Nane has my back. I wake up to a text from Nane this morning.
NaneBaby: Goodmorning beautiful. You up yet?
Me: Yeah.....Dont feel like going to school today.
NaneBaby: Why? Is it what happen friday?
Me: Yeah, But im good i guess
NaneBaby: Alright. Ready in 30?
Me: You know it ;)
I hopped in the shower.
when i got out i put on my denim button up dress, tan sandals, and my tan flower head band. I wore my hair curly in the back with a bun on the top. i felt like going casual today. When i was done getting dressed i sent a selfie to Nane..
Me: [pic] watcha think?
NaneBaby: Gorgeous as always.
Me: lol be there in 5.
NaneBaby: Alright.
I went to pick up Nane and we were off to school. We got there at 8:00 so of course we had to lolly gag. When we got out the car i began to walk to the school and Nane just attacked me and picked me up. We began playing in the parking lot until i spotted Dario staring at us. While we walked in the building they just stared at me. i stopped and told Nane to meet me at my locker. i walked up to the group to asked what was up.
Me: What's up? why yall staring at me?
Dario: Cause you just switched up on us.
Riya: Yea P you really did.
Me: Well yall ganged up on me cause i was hanging out with Nane.
LO: They did not me. (Zay and Lucus shook there head in agreement)
Me: {Laughs} i know yall wouldn't
Dario: Lo shut up and Patience you don't know what your getting yourself into with him. He not the person you think he is.
Me: Why are you stereotyping him just because he looks like trouble doesn't mean he is.
Dario: what the hell are you talking about p? i knew this guy before you! He's nothing but trouble!
Me: and Lala's not? She's a walking disease
Dario: {flares nostrils} He a wanna be gangster!
Me: She a hood Rat!
Riya: Alright guys enough. Patience just be careful alright?
Me: I will. I promise.
Riya: Sitting at the lunch table today right?
Me: {smiles} of course why wouldn't i?
*patience rolls her eyes in disgust at Dario and walks away*
when i got to my locker Nane was waiting for me like i told him too. I guess he saw the irritation on my face when i walked up.
Nane: You ok? what happen?
Me: Dario thinks i should leave you alone.
Nane: man i think that dude likes you. why does he care who you talk to?
Me: I don't know. he was trying to come up with all these excuses why i shouldn't talk to you.
Nane: What he say.
Me: Promise not to get mad and fight him again? {smiles}
Nane: I Promise.
Me: He kept saying you were a thug and your not the person i think you are and some more stupid shit.
Nane just stood there silent until i snapped my fingers
* snap snap*
Me: Nane? you ok?
Nane: Yeah im feeling a little under the weather i think im going to go home.
Me: want me to take you?
Nane: nah ill walk.
Me: well can i get a hug?
he hugged me from the side which was weird cause he never did that before
Me: Text me! I yelled down the hallway.
He waved his hand in the air as if he heard me but didn't care. I just walked to class. When i got in there i saw Dario and Lala in the back hugged up. i payed them no attention cause i wanted them to know i didn't care. me and riya began talking about going shopping and to the spa after school.
Riya: what about the colors purple and pink?
Me: Nah had that already
Riya: blue and green?
Me: those are my favorite colors i always get those.
Riya: White and gold
Me: Ding ding ding we've got a winner
Riya: {laughs then looks past me in disgust} Ew
Me: what? ( looks back)
Lala and Dario were swapping saliva samples so me and Riya started recording. When they caught us we turned around as quickly as we could but we know they saw cause Lala smacked her lips and called us some Bitches. i didn't even get mad cause it was too funny.when the bell ring me and Riya waited till they left out first so we can walk behind them and laugh just to make Lala mad. She finally turned around and said something.
Lala: Whats up bitch wanna fight?
Me: Girl im not about to fight you.
Lala: {laughs} why you scared now bitch?
I had this mean girl spirit just come over me. i didnt care that everyone was looking and listening. i wanted to be a bitch.......More like the biggest bitch alive.
Me: Oh no hun. not at all i just dont want to hurt my bestfriend baby that your carrying {rubs lala stomach}
Lala looked at Dario while Dario glared at me. I look at her with devilish eyes and looked at him with eyes full of sorrow. Riya's mouth was on the ground as we walked away.
Riya: {pats me on the back} you the shit bitch!!
Me: Got some tissue?
both laughs while they walk into class.
