i opened my eyes.. the sunlight was shining through my windows into my room. I grabbed my phone, went to the bathroom. and then walked downstairs. i saw Becca, my sister, sitting on the couch. with her bsf, maddy. i like maddy, she was nice. but I barely go out of my room when my sister has friends over. I'm always FaceTiming my best friend, Maleah. Me and Maleah are in a trio with our friend Quinn. I'm not that close to Quinn but Maleah hangs out with her 24/7 so I tolerate her. maddy smiles and waves at me. i smile and wave back. i sit at the table and open my phone.

i close my phone and sigh, I walk up to my room and decided to get dressed and walk around to take pictures. (Outfit in insta post later)

i was walking down this alley way and a dog barked, I jumped and then realized it was on a chain. thank god. i felt like I was moving so I looked down at my hands and I was shaking, omfg. i took some pictures for instagram and started heading back to my house, I got there and maddy and Becca were back on the couch. "hey sis?" becca asked me and I nodded, I kept a straight face. "Is it okay if you go somewhere tonight? I'm having some friends over" Omfg. i rolled my eyes. "no. but I'll be quiet and I won't come out unless it's for the bathroom." I started walking away. becca smiled sarcastically. i layed down on my bed and plugged my phone in. i went on instagram and decided to post.

I knew Becca's friends were coming at 5 and it's now 4:45. so I'm just gonna stay in my room for the rest of the night. should be pretty easy. unless I get hungry, or need to go to the bathroom to something. Becca and maddy Had a show on, I could hear it. our parents were gone for a week since yesterday, they were going to meet up with our aunts for a week. they were staying in New York. lucky. i put my AirPods in and turned on Spotify. i changed so I was comfortable. i changed into black sweat pants and a white crop top. i was comfortable. and I didn't feel the need to change again. i was comfortable and I wasn't revealing or anything. so I'm okay. I looked at myself in the mirror. i felt.. idk. i guess okay.
i didn't hear anything downstairs when I took my air pod out, so I put them back in and put my phone in my waistband. I'm gonna get some snacks and invite Maleah over. so I texted her

i waited 5 mins and she texted me saying she was here. I walked downstairs and saw Becca's friends on the couch. all of them. Becca looked at me and rolled her eyes. i opened the door and let maleah in. "oh hi maleah" Becca said and she smiled. I walked into the kitchen with maleah following me. i took out an airpod and gave it to her. "we are gonna get snacks" i said and she nodded. i grabbed some chips, candy and then my monster out of the fridge and handed maleah her mt dew from yesterday that I bought. we walked up to my room, I felt eyes in the back of my head. Becca's friends were staring. yay! *eye roll*

halfway through the movie maleah had an idea.
"We should go on a walk" I stared at her before saying "but it's like almost 1 am?" she shrugged so I put on a jacket and gave her one. we put on our shoes and walked out of my room and down the stairs.
"where are you going?" Becca asked looking at me and maleah "somewhere" and with that I walked out of the door before she could answer. the truth is me and Becca used to be super close, and then she got older and I got older. and we just idk grew apart. it's fine tho.

me and maleah walked for awhile. we didn't get tired tho. i usually stay up until like 6 am. so Im used to be up late. maleah does the same. "so want to take insta pictures?" She asked and I nodded. we took some pictures and I checked the time. we left at 12:35 and it's now 1:24. "We should probably go back before it gets too late" she nodded and we started walking back.

i opened the front door and walked in. Becca wasn't on the couch but everyone else was. "hey do you guys want to watch a movie with us?" Maddy asked and I looked at maleah and shook my head no. but she shook her head yes. I texted her.

she nodded and then said "no we are good, thank you tho" and we walked up the stairs. i apologized to her. "I'm sorry I just don't like hanging out with Becca and her friends." she nodded and smiled "it's okay, I understand" maleah had a sister beccas age so she understood.

for the rest of the night me and maleah watched the Sturniolo triplets and drew in my sketchbooks. i love drawing. it's a way for me to express my feelings without saying them. "oh my mom said I have to leave at 7 am" I went wide eyed . "7? It's almost 7 rn" she shrugged and got her stuff together. i walked her to the door and saw Becca and her friends were awake. They must have went to sleep at like 2. I didn't sleep. i waved bye to maleah and walked upstairs. Becca texted me.

i walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. becca was standing there. "where did you guys go?" She asked and I kept a blank face. "on a walk. why is it so important to you?" I replied. she smiled "bc your my sister and I care about you" I scoffed and walked back to my room. that's her excuse at telling me what to do. i am older than her. but yet she is always telling me what to do.

i put on my airpods and decided to go to sleep. it was 7 so I'll probably sleep until like 10? idk.
