Sebastians POV
Me and Claude were happily sitting together on the dock. He was talking to me a bit and I was smiling and nodding my head. Suddenly we heard cop cars show up so we both stood up. What happened next scared me half to death. The cops suddenly got out of their car with their guns facing us "hands in the air now!!" They screamed I slowly lifted my hands in the air as did Claude bogey walked towards us until on cop grabbed my arm harshly throwing me up against the hood of the car. It hurt so bad tears started falling and yet I still couldn't make a sound. "What the hell is going on!?" Claude yelled. I started panicking. One minute I was being beaten and almost raped the next minute I'm saved and then I'm being thrown against a car hood. "Sebastian Michaelis is under arrest for the attempted rape of Ash Landers." My heart started beating faster I could feel myself becoming light headed 'n-no this can't be happening I didn't do it I swear!' I was screaming in my head my tears falling I tried to make a sound something but nothing would come out. 'This is it....' "What the hell are you talking about he didn't do anything!" Claude screamed. Claude knew I was having a asthma attack so he tried to rush over towards me yet the police quickly caught him and pulled him away. "Get the fuck off he's having an asthma attack!!" They wouldn't listen as I stopped breathing. I couldn't think I couldn't breath I couldn't feel anything. The police officer that cuffed me quickly pulled me off the car hood and he did it too fast for as soon as he pulled me up I fainted. The last thing I saw before darkness was Claude struggling with tears in his eyes.
Claude's POV
I was having a nice time with Sebastian. He was so easy to talk to. Suddenly we heard cop cars show up so we both stood up. What happened next scared me. I screamed I was watching Sebastian closely he was not looking good the police officer finally answered me "Sebastian Michaelis is under arrest for the attempted rape of Ash Landers." I felt my angry raising. 'Fucking ash lied!' I was screaming in my head. Sebastisn was bailing his eyes out and he tried to make a sound but nothing would come out. "What the hell are you talking about he didn't do anything!" I screamed. I knew Sebastian was having a asthma attack so I tried to rush over towards him yet the police quickly caught me and pulled me away. "Get the fuck off he's having an asthma attack!!" They wouldn't listen as He stopped breathing. I wouldn't stop fighting them. He was going to badly hurt himself if they didn't stop! The police officer that cuffed Sebastian quickly pulled him off the car hood and he did it too fast for as soon as he pulled sebastian up he fainted. I watched as sebastian fainted my heart shattered tears started falling from my eyes. "Are you fuck tards happy!? An innocent kid just had an asthma attack! He could be dead now!!" The police started the freak out. They didn't know what to do so one called the ambulance while another cuffed me and threw me in his car. I was crying. They officer didn't take me anywhere he felt me in the car. I quickly pulled out my phone and called Sebastian's aunt "is this madam red?" I ask shakily "why yes who is calling?" I was shaking "it's me Claude Faustus...listen sebastian just had an asthma attack and fainted as the police where arresting him.." I didn't hear anything for a few seconds "t-the police have him already?" I could tell she was trying hard not to cry "y-yes I tried to help it they wouldn't let me" she took a deep breath "listen Claude he'll be alright...once he faints his body relaxes and he breaths normally. Now...I need to talk to you. Is there any evidence we can use to save him with this whole tape thing?" I was shocked to say the least "h-how did you know?" She sighed as I continued to watch out the window and saw sebastian breath "the principle told me..anyways I need something...he's my child I don't want to lose him like I lost my sister and her husband." I nodded even though she couldn't see me "I know and I'll help I think there is a camera or something in the bathroom we can use...but I'm not sure.." She sighed again "alright that's a start. Just remember Claude sebastian is a strong kid he'll be alright" she hung up after that and I quickly put my phone back in my pocket as I watch the ambulance arrive. They still wouldn't uncuff him and that pissed me off. I vowed that from then on I won't speak a word to these assholes.
