"Hey, [y/n], [y/n], [y/n], [y-"

"I swear to God Josh if you don't shut up in the n-next millisecond.." You mentally cursed yourself.

Why did you have to stutter?

"Awww is someone a bit shyyyyy~?" The man tied to the post teased you, pouting slightly. "You're so adorable sometimes, y'know? Too innocent and pure to foresee the horrors I devised...."

Ignoring his rambling, you turned around, deciding to look out the window. Seeing the snow always seemed to calm you down. You loved wintertime, no matter the region.

So...let's backtrack for a bit:

Mike had left the shed not too long ago. He was seething red, coming very close to knocking out Josh after he wouldn't stop taunting him about Jessica's death. That's when you stepped in, offering to keep an eye on him while Mike went back to the lodge to make sure everyone was okay.
He admired your bravery, though he was reluctant to leave you alone with who he called the "squirrely runt". You managed to convince him that you would be fine, since Josh had nothing against you, and vice versa.

In truth, however, you were just tired. After what's happened so far tonight, you didn't want to do anything more than sleep..though it was quite hard to do that when you had to keep watch of a man who couldn't keep quiet for five seconds....

"...y'know," Josh began, causing you to glance back at him, "if you're tired..you can just untie me and....we can cuddle-"

"Don't even THINK I'm gonna let you anywhere near me after what you did to my friends!" You snapped, pointing the baseball bat at him in a threatening manner.

Josh flinched at your tone of voice, his dark green eyes widening. "I-I'm sorry..d-don't yell at me..." He whispered, looking down at the ground. You didn't really mean be so harsh--in fact you were surprised yourself with how you sounded--but you knew he had it coming to him.

After all, it was hard to trust a man who went out of his way to torment his friends.

"You hurt a lot of people, Josh," you said coldly, circling around the post. "You hurt your friends...you think your sisters would have wanted this?!" You stopped in front of him, clenching your fist in anger. "Did you really have to go and give Ashley a goddamn black eye?! You..you really think that's something to laugh about?!"

"That bitch stabbed me with scissors!" Josh snapped defensively. You just stared at him, giving the 'well-what-else-would-anyone-do-if-a-killer-was-chasing-them?' kind of face.

"[N/n]..this..is not how our night's suppose to go," he sighed. "W..We were suppose to have a good time, make another wonderful memory of us together like any other vacation.."

"Exactly, but you had to go as far as-"

"I know what I did, [y/n]..I'm not stupid," Josh giggled. "You poor little piggies just can't take a joke, you know?"

You did a double-take, raising an eyebrow. "Umm...excuse me? A joke? You think this is all some fucking joke?! Something you think's gonna go viral automatically??!!" Your felt your blood boiling with anger.
"Ohh...sorry to say but your little horror escapade was faaaar from a joke, Josh. The only one who was ever laughing was YOU. Embarrassing Hannah in front of her crush is one thing...but kidnapping your friends, forcing them into death traps and playing God like this is some SAW movie, and killing someone I looked up to as a sister-!"

"FOR THE LAST TIME I DIDN'T KILL JESS!!" He screamed angrily, startling you. His outburst made your eyes grow wide.
Never, not once, has he yelled at you like that before. For a moment, it actually terrified you more than anything.
Staggering back, you gripped the bat tightly, staring at each other intensely, until your heart rate returned to normal.
