Emma's P.O.V

"Harry Edward Styles?" I quickly wiped my face and attempted to fix the mess on top of my head." Oh my god, I... I can't believe it's you!" with out thinking I quickly threw my arms around him. "Oh shit...I mean..I uh..." I pulled away from him faster than when I hugged him.

"It's okay Emma."he chuckled, pulling me back into an embrace. I let myself melt into his arms. I couldn't help it. It's been years since I last saw him, I missed him so much.I can't believe he's here on this plane. And after all these years of avoidance, I find him in the state I'm in. My luck is impeccable.

"Sorry I... I uh... I missed you." I pulled back away from him. Maybe he still hates me. Maybe I shouldn't have hugged him. But if he hated me, why would he talk to me? To rub it in my face that I was wrong? No he isn't like that, he'd never.

"It's okay. I missed you too." My heart instantly melted into a pool of relief.

"Emz?" My ears instantly perked up at the sound of something I hadn't been called in years.

"Yes?"

"Are you okay?" I opened my mouth to spew out a quick answer, but nothing came out. Are you okay. Am I okay? I'm a run away bride on a plane to god knows where. With no money, no phone, no place to stay. I'm a mess, all black and blue. I guess I'm not okay.

My shoulders slumped as reality hit. Tears stung my eyes, threatening to burst at any moment. I hung my head down in shame, I don't cry. I never. I can't cry now. Not here, not in front of Harry. I took a deep breath and tried to clear my head, but all I could think of was the mess I got myself into.

"You know we should catch up while you're here. You know, see whats up in each other lives. Lie and pretend everything is great and better then what it is. Like real adult childhood friends." I turned and starred at Harry's gentle smile. I knew what he was doing, and he knew I knew. I laughed and shook my head.

"Of course, I'd love to."

"Great, where are you heading anyway?" He spoke as he turned in his seat towards me. I love it when he does this; give who ever he's speaking with his full attention. It's like being in a small spotlight, and the way he looks at you, like every symbol that leaves your mouth is the most important thing in the world. Its not like he's starring you down and pressuring you to get your words out. No, it's more like he wants you to take your time. So he can clearly hear every word and understand them properly. It's refreshing to feel so important.

"Uh no where really. I'm not even sure where this plane is going. I traded my diamond earrings with this man in order to get this ticket, I didn't even know where the plane was going until I boarded. I just wanted to get away."

"What? Em are you serious? That's so... What kind of mess have you gotten yourself into now?" He frowned concernedly but I can still sense a hint of a playful jab in his words. I sighed.

"It's a big one Haz." I closed my eyes and leaned back remembering what I was running from.

"You never could stay away from trouble."He chuckled making the air lighter around us."So I see some one lucky finally snatched you up, well almost."

"Ha, yeah. I guess I couldn't handle the cold feet." I smiled while poking my feet out from under my dress. He laughed picked up my feet and looked at them closely.

"Is that a tattoo?"

"Oh yeah. I got that the first time I got drunk at a gala." I laughed thinking of how drunk I got with my brother and his girlfriend that night.

"Oh wow, what's it say? Twenty-six, twelve... is that a date?" I shook my head yes. "Wait that's the day we-"

"Yeah." I shrugged.

"Oh Em, you always were so sentimental." A warm laugh erupted from his chest as held my feet in his lap. I smiled as I watched him laugh. It was the same laugh from years ago. The same dimples so deep you could drown. The same scrunched up face. Mouth open, head thrown back in joy. It was enchanting.

"Yes, well I was drunk, I do a lot of stupid stuff while I'm drunk. Oh look!" I leaned forward and pushed the hair from behind my ear to expose my second tattoo.

"Oh my... is that a one direction tattoo? Wait, you're a fan?" A huge grin spread across his face.

"Of course! Who isn't? Everyone is a directioner deep down inside. I'm a pretty big fan, but not big enough to get a tattoo for it while sober. I also got this while I was drunk."

"Wow, you sound like you have a drinking problem."I scowled at him as a sly smirk spread across his face. I rolled my eyes. " But I'm glad you like us. That means a lot to me."

"No problem. So enough about my drunken mistakes, how's the super star treating you?"

"It's good. Intrusive, but good. Actually in the process of making our forth album." He absent mindlessly rubbed at my ankles as he spoke, making it hard for me to focus.

"Really? That's so exciting! You guys must be so proud of yourselves! You guys have come so far. It's amazing."

"Yeah. It's weird. I feel like just yesterday I was forcing to come watch my rehearsals with White Eskimo." I smiled while remaining of the times that I watched harry and his friends play. It was my favorite thing to watch his in his element.

"Ha, you didn't force me, I loved watching you guys. Also I didn't have anything else better to do." and I meant that. I very much enjoyed watching Harry preform back in the day. Not that the others weren't any good, but watching Harry preform was magical, no one compared to me.

"Yeah. Thanks for that. It really meant a lot, even though it was just because you were bored." he smiled as he leaned back.

They had both moved to face each other. The middle arm rest pulled up so that there may be more space. Her back against the wall of the plane, his to the outside arm rest. His one leg in the chairs, the other touching the floor. Her small slender legs were draped over his, with her small feet protruding out from under her wedding dress.
