CHAPTER ONE
"God, Louise I don't know!" I laughed. "Well, Zoe, consider you're options: no divorce, have to have kids, who would you marry? Harry or Zayne?" I laughed even harder.
She always had a way of making me laugh with the craziest questions. It was a hard question! "Well... Imagine how beautiful my kids would be with Zayne-" "so you think you're beautiful?" she interrupted. "Shut up! As I was saying, I would have a happier marriage with Harry because he's silly. I guess my kids would be cute with Harry too.." "Ugggghhhh..." "Alright alright! Um... Harry." "Really?" She seemed shocked" "what?!" I retorted.
"Not Zayne? Alright then..." We laughed for a minute and continued with our game of Would You Rather? "Ah, love your eyeshadow is smeared.. Lemme just.. There!" She said as she licked her thumb and swiped at my eyelid. "eeeewwwww!" We laughed. "Now my eyelid is slobbery!"
We continued to banter until we got to The Cotton Club. It was the really prestigious nightclub deep in London, and Louise and I had to stay at a hotel just to visit. "We're here!" I squealed. "Maybe this would be a good chance to meet a guy maybe?" I rolled my eyes. "Why's you're voice so high, and I already told you, I don't wanna date anyone yet!" I recently got out of a really bad relationship." "Trust me Zo. I don't want you dating more than anyone; you need time to heal! But you need to put yourself out there! You might have missed your soul mate because of this!"
Yeah, soul mate. Those aren't real. It's just as fictional as fairies and dragons. I realized I was getting lost in my thoughts. "Zoe?" What? Did she ask my something? What was it... "Zoe are you ready? Oh! "Yeah sure." I noticed that sounded unenthusiastic, so I added: "whoo! Let's get this party started!"
