Backstory

Elena Malfoy
Elena Malfoy is the eldest child of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. Raised in the grand manor of the Malfoy family estate, Elena grew up under the shadow of her family's strict pureblood ideals. From a young age, she was taught that status and bloodline were everything, with her father often reminding her that she represented the Malfoy legacy. Despite these rigid expectations, Elena wasn't completely defined by her family's views. She was ambitious and sharp, traits that naturally led her to excel at Hogwarts after being sorted into Slytherin.

By the time she entered her third year, Elena had already earned a reputation as a formidable witch—intelligent, resourceful, and reserved. Unlike her brother Draco, who thrived on attention, Elena preferred to blend into the shadows, observing others before making her move. Her upbringing instilled in her a belief that emotions were weaknesses, and she became skilled at hiding hers behind a cold, aloof exterior. Though loyal to her family, Elena harbored quiet doubts about the pureblood superiority they preached, especially as she matured and formed her own opinions.

She possesses an intense loyalty to Draco, seeing it as her duty to protect and guide him through his first year at Hogwarts. But, her own desires begin to conflict with that sense of responsibility when Fred Weasley, a boy from the family her father loathes, begins to break down her defenses
