Chapter 1

I was lost. I was lost and I was panicking. I couldn't see anything because of the fog. I kept looking back to see if "He" was there. I didn't know what to do, where to go or even where I am. I stopped running and looked around me. I needed to find someone or at least know where I am.

My eyes spotted something, it looked like a fence. I came closer to it and inspect if I was right and I was, it was a fence. I squinted my eyes to see what was over the fence and I saw water. My eyes went wide as I realized where I was. I climbed over the fence and landed with a thud. I walked around to find a note or somebody but I had no luck. I decided to sit near the pool and wait for someone to come.

I touched the water using my arm and swayed it from side to side. I was in the school pool, the pool wasn't found inside the building but rather it was found outside.

I love water, it calms me. Even though my arm is the only thing touching the water, all around my body I could feel the cool water. I shivered a bit and immediately removed my arm. It was getting too cold. Was it just the wind? ...... But there was no wind awhile ago...... Unless.......... No....... Not yet. It wasn't my time yet. I stood up immediately as I figured out why was it cold. I needed to get out of here but I was too scared to move. All I could do was to scream.

"WAIT! Maybe we could talk this thru!"

If you could see me now you would think that I was an insane person. But what could I do. I was afraid.

"It's not my time yet! I could find those notes. Just give me a chance, please!"

I pleaded with him. That was all I could do.

I thought over on how I ended up with this predicament. It was all because of them. If only we hadn't found them, then I wouldn't be separated with my group. Because of them, I'm going to die. They will never find a note, they are all weak! Before this all began. They really thought that they would be more popular than me! Maybe "He" would kill them. Maybe........

"Ahhhhhhhhh!"

A strong force pushed me into the water. I struggled to come up for air but it's as if something was pulling me down.

Was I going to die?

Then I felt it. A touch from my shoulder. Someone came to save me. I glance to see who was my savior but I was mistaken.

A pale face was looking straight at me. I could see every detail of his face but it wasn't much. All I could see is a pale and dull face.

Time suddenly slowed. I let go of my breath and stopped struggling.

He was suddenly gone from my line of sight and re-appeared in front of me. He didn't float but he was standing. He stood there watching me. Daring me to move.

Game Over

I heard a voice say. I was about to contradict when...............

*Normal POV*

His blood mixed with the water of the pool. His body parts were floating on the surface of the water. His vile smell could be smelt everywhere. His head hung..............

*Earlier that day*

*Change POV*

I was scared and I wish my mommy and daddy were here. But I needed to be brave in order to stay with this group. I didn't want to be alone.

We were walking around aimlessly in the school grounds, trying to find a note but we had no luck so far. We were all terrified. We didn't know where to go. We just wanted to find a note.

After we found that note on the tree. Our batch governor decided that we should split into groups of our choice. My best friend Nikky came with me and I followed John.

I could tell that Nikky was uncomfortable with this group but it was her fault that she followed me. She should have followed with the other groups. But I do like to be with alot of people, it makes me feel safe.

We've been walking for hours and we still haven't found any notes! We were all getting edgy. One small sound and we would panic. The fog was getting thicker and we couldn't see very well. Tony tried to start up his phone but with no luck. All our technology was useless after all this started.

If only I had stayed at home then I wouldn't be in this predicament. But I had to go to school. I care about my grades. I don't....................

"Guys, did you hear that?" Roxy cut off my inner thoughts as she asked us.

As I thought over what she said, I quickly panicked. Was it our time? What does she mean "hear something"? I didn't hear anything. Maybe she was just hearing things.

"I didn't hear anything! You were probably just hearing things."

"Cam, I heard it too." Nikky told me. My bestfriend, helping another person!

"I think I saw someone walking!"

I can't believe this, now Charles is seeing things! What is going on! Was it "Him" or was everybody just imagining things?

Toxic_love818: Done! It took me awhile to publish this. I was busy and a lot of unexpected happened (I'm not going into details). But nevertheless I updated this! Hope you like this chapter and I am sorry for my bad grammar.
