You groaned, sitting up annoyed with the noisy blaring of your alarm. you regret agreeing to cooking breakfast and making lunch now.
you wanted to badly to stay underneath your cooling quilt blanket, warming you up from the cold. looking at the time, it was currently 7:10am.
tempted by sleeping in until 7:30; you shook your head and pushed the covers off you, getting out of bed.
you wore your slippers before stepping out of your room and into the kitchen. you had to make lunch too. seriously what...
hachi won't mind a simple eggs and toast breakfast now would she?
she'll have to wait until lunch and meat will make their way into her mouth.
after your bath and making lunch, you headed to hachi's room to find her under the covers, curtains closed and the only light was coming from her phone.
"it's 8:15,"
"WHAT?!"
the girl jumped out of bed and she was in a frenzy.
"thank you, it's actually 7:40. just wondering by the way... what time did you sleep?"
your face contorted into a smile that meant death for her. hachi gulped as she backed into the wall, the height difference between the two of you would make bystanders laugh but in hachis shoes; it was like facing your mom when you forget to cook rice.
"i uh uhm yea woke up real early!"
you let out a sigh, lecturing her before ordering her to be ready by 8:05.

the walk to school was basically you informing hachi which classes she was in, where she would be having lunch with you if she can, and of course when school would end. hachi was in 1/2 while you were in 1/4 for college prep! hachi was not as smart despite being a shiratorizawa ex student but it didn't matter.
the moment you both walked into school; an annoying yet sweet voice you always looked foward to let out a loud call for you.
