Prologue (Wednesday)

You and Kayla were best friends, you moved to a lot of different places in America because of your parents jobs, they've always wanted you to be use to change and try to be independent. Ofc that failed cause you were very unsocial and for very social parents that didn't sit so well with them.

But then you met Kayla on your first day of high school you talked to no one and since your unlucky you had sports on the first day, now you were sporty but hey you weren't no Usain Bolt but you were decent at most sports.

Somehow you made one of the older kids mad and they ended up forcefully throwing a netball ball at your face but Kayla caught it in time and after that she would not leave you alone. but it turned out to be a good thing cause you started to open up more, and well you know the rest

People thought you were weird, they thought you guys were strange for not being in any friend groups but you two didn't care.

You'd only known each other for a year and were best friends, you were both pretty normal excluding the fact you weren't in any clubs and were looked down on by most.

But on the last day of your first year of at this school Kayla has turned out to be not so great of a friend and exposed every embarrassing and every disgusting truth about you. You never opened up to people so having everyone know everything about you broke you.

You ended up leaving the school straight away somehow convincing your parents but it ended up in you moving to Britain, you didn't care. You just wanted out of there.

How could you be so stupid ofc Kayla was in with the popular girls she had planned this from the start....

It's the day before the first day of school, am I ready, no. but hey I'm 15 now I'm way more mature and despite what my parents want I won't need any friends all I need to do is continue doing (favourite sport) and getting good grades even though I'm not very bright but hey people who are really smart are also really annoying so who cares at lea-

Mum - Y/n GET YOUR ARSE DOWNSTAIRS SO WE CAN LOOK AT ALL THE CLUBS AT YOUR NEW SCHOOL!

K that's my mum she was ofc the popular girl in school and she's also very Glaswegian so ofc she's very happy to be back in the uk since she can understand the schooling better, she was sporty social and smart when she was my age. While I'm very unsocial, sarcastic, give people unknowing dirty looks, and is only super good at (favourite sport) idk how but I just am.

" I'm coming downstairs just wait a minute and you know the only club I'm joining is the (favourite sports club)!"

I go downstairs to see my dad my mum and the (dogs name) all sitting at the dining table, I swear sometimes that dog seems smarter than me....

Dad - we want you to join a new club this year and we'll have to pick if you don't we also want you to play an instrument you can pick that to if you'd like but again if you try to get out of it we'll pick.

That's my dad ain't he great... he was also very popular and cool he wasn't like your basic popular lover guy, he was more of the "the guy who's great at everything " people admired him but he would pick who his friends were so you couldn't become friends with him unless he wanted to be friends with you,and ofc he isn't happy with the way I've decided to befriend no one since he thinks I'm pretty bright and all. He also lived in Britain his whole childhood so he's glad we moved back here.

"Ok I'm definitely not doing an extra sports club but i will play (instrument) if i have to I guess"

Mum - we were hoping you'd say that cause we want you to join the (field) hockey team!

" wth, no way I'm not going to a club we're I'll get attacked with sticks"

Dad - your mother use to play, she thinks it'd be good for you to aswell since you already know how to play and are very good at it even though you won't admit it.

"K fine is that it?"

Mum - hockey is on a Monday after school ends at 5 and (fav sport) is on a Wednesday and it ends at 5 too and your music lessons will be schedule randomly during the week in lessons or after school! you can go get ready for tmr and get your school stuff and uniform. dinner will be ready in 1hr, your dads making (fav meal) since your embracing the new change so well!

I go back upstairs and get ready already knowing how terrible tmr will be...
