Day 4 (Monday - Tuesday)

Your pov

We did cross country in gym and I did like ok as usual. After gym I had Maths and that was with Jackson and Drea. How fun.

At this point everyone knows about the deal I made with Jackson and how Drea is also trying to befriend me. They also seem to get the idea I don't need or want friends.

I look like a loner tbh sitting at lunch alone and never socialising with anyone. And like all cliche anime stories I always have headphones in, are they playing music? 90% of the time no it's just so I can ignore people better without being labelled as rude.

I was walking to maths till Drea started walking next to me but I just ignored her while she rambled on about (fav sport club meeting) tomorrow and how she was glad I was into the sport.

We got to maths and Jackson sat behind me while Andrea was in-front of me.

Jackson's pov

I'm not going to lie, I'm super bad at maths so I know the teachers gonna get the like smartest person in maths to tutor me, which will hopefully be y/n so that way I can get closer to her.

I only of 6 days left and I am not gonna lose. They've  ofc been very distant and it's probably so I don't win. Wow they really wanna be left alone huh, well that doesn't matter cause I'm going to win this challenge and gain their trust.

This is easy since I already learned all of this a bit ago, idk what's up with Jackson but he hasn't tried to bother me at all yet.

But that's a good thing so I don't care it's better. But who am I kidding he probably has a plan or something.

Third person pov

Maths teacher - Jackson, y/n pls stay after class for me.

.... Time skip to after class cause I'm lazy.....

You ad Jackson stayed in the class while everyone else left the room.

Maths Teacher - I asked the main office to give me both your schedules and your both free after school tomorrow so y/n you will be tutoring Jackson after school starting tomorrow for the rest of the term and maybe the year until we see an improvement in his work.

"AND WHY DO I AHVE TO DO THAT?!"

Jackson's thoughts - idk whether to be offended with the fact she thinks my work is that bad it might take the school year for me to improve or even more offended with their reaction to that?

Maths teacher - you don't have a choice so
y/n I expect you you have something for Jackson to study or for you to tutor him with by tomorrow.

Jackson's pov

Y/n didn't seem to happy with the outcome of the situation, this is what I wanted and I only have a few more days left to befriend them.

Your pov

We didn't have anything interesting today all that happened was Drea following me around the school up and down the whole day since we have most of the same schedule on a Tuesday. She's making more people come up to me like I'm gonna actually talk to them and not ignore them straight away.

Her whole personality makes it so people think I'm friendly and want friends but they were 100% wrong, I do feel bad some of them seemed really nice but it's better if I just get through the whole school year without being humiliated or even more depressed then I am.

Jayden - N/N OVER HERE

Librarian - shhhhhh

And there goes Jack, I mean Jackson ruining my peace again. I walk over to where he's sitting and sit down.

" didn't I tell you not call me that?"

Jackson - and didn't I say I would anyways?

"Whatever so what are you struggling with?"

Jackson - everything

"Course you are ok how about we you do these questions so I can see what you mean by 'everything' and once your done I'll mark it"

While he works on it I just watch random stuff on TikTok till he's done 15 minutes later

He hands me the paper and I mark it only to see that he only got around 12 of the 25 questions right. He even lost a mark cause he spelt his fricken name wrong!????

"How the hell did you spell your own name wrong"

Jackson - oh I did? Well hey it isn't my fault it's my parents the spelt my name Jakson to be unique but changed it to Jackson cause they hated the spelling

"But you spelt it Jayckson?!"

Jackson - ok whatever next question.

"This is gonna be a lot of work it seems you know how to do it but get distracted whilst doing the calculations"

Jackson - ok teach! 🫡

" 😒 when you play football how do you focus on the ball?"

Jackson - well I think of how proud everyone would be if I just got the ball and scored or I imagine the ball is something I really want at the time

"Right then do that think about how proud your parents would be if you aced your maths test and if that doesn't work if you get 90% of the next questions on this test I give you again we can go wherever you want on the weekend"

I have no idea why I said that but it's too late to go back now

Jackson - alright deal

After this time 30 minutes he finished the test and what do you know he got 23 out of 25 this time. I guess I now know the problem with why he has trouble with maths and some of the stuff he doesn't get but now I've just sacrificed my whole weekend.

And I don't know if that's a good or bad thing

....Time skip to after the bus ride home....

I parted ways with Jackson and went straight to my room ignoring my parents questions on how my day was and went to bed.

But all I could think of was.....

What the hell does he have planned for this weekend?

I'm baaaaack! Ok so I just didn't feel like making a chapter so I didn't but today after school I was like omg I just had culture week and dressed up in my cultures clothes for the day it was great omg I have a book maybe I should write a chapter
