Them three started seeing monsters turn into dust as they reached Snowdin. They shook in fear and panic. A figure rose in front of them, from the monsters' dust. "H-h-hi!" she said with a stuck and laggy voice. It looked like Lylen, but she has a yellow plug cable for a tail, her scarf is striped red and blue, her eyes are one red and one blue, and a power button being its pupils. "W-w-what are y-y-you doing here?", she always talks in a stuck, laggy, and stuttering-like voice. "I need your souls to do a little... Something"it asked, "Just give me your souls then we're done." it said, demandingly. as she tried capturing them. They three turned back and ran as fast as they can from her. Asriel quickly opened a portal leading to an unknown universe, and jumped into it.

It looks pretty blank overall, but they are inside a small brown room, it sure is dark, but they were able to open a door. They three blocked the light because it was too bright, and when they looked outside, it seems to look like a plain white void with a one way path. Lylen goes out to check what might be there or maybe seek for help. She saw a sun and a moon, its not even moving... It is frozen in place. It feels cold, the sun doesnt even feel warm... The sun seems fake.
Then, Lylen sees the halves of the human souls in tubes. It took the other halves. She appeared from behind, steals her soul from behind, the human half. Then she kicks Lylen back to the wooden room. Asriel was shocked and grabbed both Lylen and Frisk's wrists and went into another portal that is probably unknown.
