Chapter 3: Scared

My father is down there. I can't help El either. I am so scared for what is to happen next. I heard banging at the door and I started to sob. I haven't seen my dad in years and I know he is going to actually hurt me this time. I saw Ed tense up and he went to the door. He answered it while me and the boys went and hid in my closet. We could hear what they were saying.

AF." Is Ashely Mason living here?"

E " No she isn't. But I know her. Can I take a message to give to her?"

AF " Yes can you tell her that her father is looking for her. Oh and here is your friend son."

E " thank you Mr Mason, have a great day."

He was gone just like that. No hassle. Maybe my dad wasn't trying to hurt me but then again you never know. The boys started to move when we heard a gun shot. I looked around and I heard my father screaming. I looked out the window to see him stand there. He shot his car? Wow my dad has some major anger issues. I saw him turn around and I ducked cause I didn't want to be seen. Another gun shot went off. This time it hit the glass right above my head. So he knew someone was in here. But he just thought it might be someone else because he got in his car and he drove away. I sighed. I wish he wasn't like this.

I saw Ed running up the stairs. I ran to him and gathered him into a hug and I told him that I was extremely sorry that he had to lie for me. " Ed, you didn't have to do that. He will find me if its the last thing he does. He wont give up." I heard Ed's phone go off and he picked it up " Hello?"....."Yes this is him" .... "Ummm.. NO I don't know where Niall Horan lives"... "that's ok" ... "Good bye."  " Uhm Ed who was that and why were they looking for Niall's place?" "Babe that was your father. He is looking for you anywhere he thinks you might be. I don't know why he asked about Niall's." "SHIT. When my phone hit the wall it must have dialed his number and he over heard us talking about going to Niall's house. He will be looking for Niall where ever he goes. We have to tell the boys."

ED'S POV

"We have to tell the boys." Ashley thinks we need to tell the boys. How do we break it easy to them. I walked in to Ashley's room and saw the boys staring at us not knowing on how to react to everything. "Ni, Hazza, Lou, Zayn, and Li we need to talk. You guys have to stay here for a while. Ashley's father is looking for Niall." "WHY ME!" Niall yelled. " Ni because remember when she threw her phone at the wall, it sort of called her dad and he knew about you offering for her to stay at your house." It all went silent.

Ashley stayed up stairs has we all went downstairs to get something to eat. I think she I still crying that her dad wants to kill her best friends and well me her boyfriend of three years. And to think that I want to marry her with a dad like that. I might be changing my mind . I love her but I just don't know if I can have a relationship with someone who is scared to walk out the front door.

The boys left and we were finally alone. I think its time that we talk to each other alone for the first time today. I know how she feels. She is scared. Not knowing how to deal with this is one of the hardest things that you could do. "Babe, What are you thinking about?" "Oh, Nothing just about you and me being together for our third year dating." We both smiled and I kissed her with the most passion that I can since this might be last time we kiss. We both realize that I have eyes on other people. Especially after that party that we went to with the boys. I probably kissed about twenty girls until I saw Ashley looking scared to perform.

We were cuddling on the couch when we heard a lot of yelling outside. We looked out the window to see that Niall and Mr. Mason standing there. There was a gun to Niall's head and we didn't know what was going on. He had tears going down his face. Ashley's body left my grip until I seen her outside with her dad." LET.HIM.GO. Dad don't hurt him. I just got here, he didn't even know I was here." Ashley lied. Niall fell to the ground while I seen Mr. Mason grab Ashley and hugged her. Its like he was a total different person. Ashley just left with him so that anyone didn't get hurt. Once they were out of the drive way I bursted into tears cause I thought that I would never see my love again. I ran out to Niall and brought him inside the house. "Ed, She told me that she loves you and that she is so sorry. But don't go look for her because you all will get hurt." Ni said while tears just slid down his cheeks.

Nialls POV

I love her but why haven't I told her. I am so stupid. Three years ago at Ed's concert. I need to tell Ed how I feel. "Ed can I talk to you please?" " Sure mate what's up?" "Ed I love Ashley I have ever since I met her at your concert." "Ni, listen I was going to break it off when I found her dad was a lunatic."

He is breaking up with her. Now this is my chance. I am going to find her even if it takes my life away from me I don't care as long as I tell Ashley how I feel. I really do miss her. Why was I such a baby and never told her. This will be my only choice.

Ashley's POV

"Hi dad where are we going?" "Ashley I am taking you to a place where you should have been a long time ago." " What grandmas?" I asked sarcastically. " NO.. Gosh. I should have kept you with me. I am taking you home here in London I bought a house here so I could be closer to you at uni." My dad was going to hurt me again. Probably worse than last time! I am so scared I am shaking. Last time I was alone with my father I was getting hit over the head with a baseball bat. Now I swear my dad is a worse pervert you will ever meet. I am so scared that I might get...... RAPED!

The way that people say things don't make sense in todays world. Niall's phone rang, and rang. "Hello?..... Ashley are you alright.... Where are you...... I am not living or doing anything without you... I miss you ... and Ashley ... I have always loved you and I always will. There is no way I am not letting a person that calls him your father take you away." Niall started to cry he didn't know what to do. Life with out her is going to be hell to him. The way that he looked at her made us feel like they were inseparable. "NIALL, get out of your trance. If you want to go and get her we have to LEAVE NOW!" Liam belted out.  " LIAM I AM SCARED WHAT IF HE TRIES TO KILL ME AGAIN!" " Ni you will be fine." Life is just hard with Ash and Ni being hurt nobody know what to do. It is so hard just watching over Niall crying his eyes out.

LIAMS POV

Niall is crying. Ashley called saying that se is scared and has no where to go. She needs to get out of the place where her father is hiding her. I will find her. I need to find her for the sake of Niall and well me! She is my best friend and I can not bother have her far away and getting hurt. I am so scared I might never see her again.

ASHLEYS POV

"What are you going to do to me?" I needed to know if I would ever see Niall again. Wait what am I saying I am in a relationship with Ed. I just can't leave him. Oh wait.. now that I think of it he left me the night of our performance, I NEED MY NIALL...... "ASHLEY!!!" "WHAT" " you need to get down here now! I don't care if your doing something GET DOWN HERE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Life is going to be hard. I just don't know what I am going to do. If I don't get out of this hell hole now... I might just die...

Sitting at home being really bored, worried and what else. Trying to make a plan to get my love out of the place that her father calls home. I want to hold her. I should have let him take me instead of her. Its to hard to be away from her. "Dude, you realise you are talking out loud again. I now you miss her. We will get her back I promise that he wont hurt her at all." Maybe this was the right thing to do. I need to get that girl back in my life. Ashley. As soon as her name came up I started to cry I can not bother being that far away from her. For all we know she could be back in Canada. I just don't want her to leave her alone with that evil man.. I think it is time to talk to the boys about planning something to get her back. "An Escape plan!" Liam looked over me with a puzzled look. "We need to just go over to her dads house. I have the address, Ashley texted me this morning."

"Alright Lets Go!"
