The party invitation makes it's arrival well known at the Phantomhive estate.

After all, Y/n is tasked to personally deliver the letters to the important houses. The first one being the Phantomhive's. They said it was to debut and know important routes for future travels, but honestly it was purely to show off that there's apparent new competition in town. Y/n gets off his black horse, knocking on the Phantomhive estate door with his never changing smile. Almost immediately someone answers. Y/n stares back into a pair of crimson red eyes, that look back in slight perplexity. Raven black hair frames their pale face that holds a smile of indifference.

"Hello, welcome to the Phantomhive manor. May I ask who you are?"

Sebastian questions, examining the butler up and down. Maybe a bit too much on his end, but he couldn't help but marvel at his firm build. His buttons seem to strain slightly around the chest area, Sebastian licks his lips when he notices.

"I am the new head butler from the Earl Lockheed estate. I'm here to deliver this invitation."

Y/n says, keeping his etiquette lectures in mind as he bows lightly. Sebastian smirks, disappointed that Y/n works for another house. But if not, he would not of met the mouth watering human.

"Lovely to meet you. I am Sebastian Michaelis, head butler of this estate."

Sebastian introduces himself with a curt bow, accepting the invitation and slightly lingering his fingers against Y/n's hand. Y/n doesn't think much of it, used to Lau acting in a similar fashion.

"Such a shame you already work for the Lockheed's. You seem like a brilliant butler."

Sebastian says, smiling as he watches Y/n's own smile widen from the compliment.

"Thank you Mr Michaelis. I should get going. I have one last invitation to hand out."

Y/n explains, holding the last invitation in his hand. Sebastian takes a glimpse at it. His smile almost faulter but he quickly composes himself.

"Then I'll let you go. Be careful of cunning spiders now, it is the season after all."

Sebastian says, Y/n couldn't help but feel there's an ulterior motive to what he said. But Y/n nods he says one last goodbye and watches as the door closes. Sebastian has this strange devilish charm to him, Y/n loved it. Licking his lips as he saddles the black stallion again. Instead of using a carriage, Y/n thought it save more time to use one of the many stallions to get back and forth between the countryside. He didn't notice the watchful eyes from a window of the estate.

Sebastian observes as Y/n rides away from the estate and smirks. He brings the invitation to his nose, smelling the aroma and getting the scent of coffee, old books and Y/n. Y/n held a strong and beautiful scent which leaves him begging for more. He would love to make a contract with Y/n. If only he could finish the one he has now and move towards pursuing Y/n's soul. His body.
