Forbidden Love Uzu x Ryuko

CH 1 Rewrite

It was one of those nights. 

Those long thoughtful nights where she didn't need or want to hear  Senketsu's words of "encouragement". Ryuko had lost her match today, she had lost to one of those pathetic lackeys nonetheless. What a joke. What a stupid silly joke, the strong-willed female had only wanted to solve her Dad's killing. Not be so ridiculously toyed with.  She had the Kamui, she had the spirit, she had the scissor blade that should've bested him easily.  But she-

Ryuko kicked a can, glaring down at the grimy streets as her thoughts consumed her.  This just wasn't fair. Uzu Sanageyama shouldn't have overpowered her that easily.  He was the kid out of Kiryuin's little gang. Kiryuin. Her and Sanageyama were mocking her. Baiting her with the details of her poor father's demise.     

"What are you worrying your pretty little head about?" A voice cooed,  she didn't have time for this.  The girl walked faster. Picking up her pace as heavy footsteps sounded behind her. 

"Come on."  The stranger's rough hand grabbed her wrist. Stopping momentarily as the assumed figure of a male smiled. 

" I can be of service to you" He sounded eager, hungry. 

"Leave me alone before you I beat you into the ground!" Ryuko growled, trying to pull forward to pull out of his grasp. He wasn't letting up.    

 "A little lady like yourself shouldn't say those kinds of things. I'll just have to teach you a lesson or two." 

"A guy shouldn't talk to a lady like that! I'll teach you a lesson!"  

Both heads had turned sharply to the intruding voice. Speak of the devil.  Uzu Sanageyama had stood there. With his stupid face, stupid bamboo sword and came rushing forward with his stupid techniques. Who did this guy think he was?  She could handle herself. She didn't need any help from anyone, especially him. Uzu had beaten the perp down. Smiling after he was sure the idiot was knocked out. 

" What do you think you're doing?!" Ryuko hissed at him, eyes narrowed as he furrowed his brows.   

"Helping! He could've harmed you or worse! " 

"He wouldn't of! I had the situation under control!" 

"With the way, you were tugging back forth, it sure looked like you had it under control!" Uzu replied snarkily,  putting his sword away. Crossing his arms at the fuming female.    What was her problem? He just saved her life! She should be on her knees. Praising him for saving her from that weirdo. 

"Shut it! I just needed a moment! I didn't need no Green haired Bozo coming out of nowhere acting all high and mighty as if he cared for his opponent!" 

She had turned to him. Glaring with an icy stare.  Uzu would've rolled his eyes if he could still see. 

"We aren't opponents outside the Battlefield. You needed help. So I gave it to you. You shouldn't be complaining Matoi." 

How dare he?! First, he decided to almost kill her and then pretend he had this all high and mighty hero standpoint?! She just couldn't catch a break. He was making her so angry she just wanted to cry. She wanted to cry at how unfair the world was being. But that wasn't her. That'd never be.  

The female had turned around. heading past Uzu so she could return home and sleep. Sleep all those stupid feelings away. 

"Where are you going?" 

"Home!"  

" You can't go home this late by yourself!" 

"Watch me!" 

Blue eyes rolled. But before she could take another step Matoi was thrust into the air. Into strong arms.  

She looked up at the mighty hero moron.  There was no point in fighting back now. She knew how this was going to go down. 

"I hate you." 

"It's just for tonight." 

"I really really hate you." The dark haired female repeated herself. 

The male smiled. Walking in the direction of his home. 

This was going to be a long night.

A rewrite?! Oh, shapes. It's finally here. I like how I rewrote this, but something about it seems off. I may leave it as it is or keep constantly changing it until it's better. I may need some criticism so I can fix this- :v  I want the new version to be better and more well constructed than the old pieces.
