Chapter 31

Niall's POV

- a few weeks later -

I had spoke to Ariana a few days ago as I let her explain that she was sorry for the way that I found out that her and Jai are dating, it's all good now because we are friends I'd rather be her friend than not have her at all, Anyway the boys and I are on the way to the RDMAs which I am excited about.

( a/n: Can we all pretend that One Direction were at the RDMAs for this bit to work )

We were in the middle of getting interviewed when the interviewer said " So Niall it's pretty clear that you and Ariana aren't together anymore isn't that correct " as I nodded my head " yeah we aren't together anymore but we are still friends so yeah " I said looking down at the ground " good 'cause she was a bitch anyway " the interviewer who's name I learned was Stacy said to me as my head snapped up to look at her " what did you just say?" I asked angrily "I said good 'cause she was a bitch anyway, she's also such a little diva! I don't understand how you could date her " Stacy said to me "She is not a bitch but did you see what diva stunt she pulled the other day oh.my.god it was terrible " I said acting shocked " No tell me " Stacy begged me " No I don't want to give Ariana a bad name but what she done was so shocking " I said " please tell me " Stacy still begged me " Alright, Alright I'll tell you. ( a/n: I'm making this up but I'm pretty sure she would totally do this ) Well you see a small group of fans were waiting outside Ariana's hotel in the pouring rain to try and meet her but Ariana didn't go outside instead she invited them into her hotel and ordered them a hot chocolate and gave them all a towel and put their clothes in the dryer, she then gave them some clothes to borrow until their own clothes were dry, like oh my god how terrible is that! She is such a bad idol like I don't understand how someone could do that. She takes care of her fans because they are her family of course she wouldn't tell them to kill themselves! They mean the world to her " I said smirking causing the boys to laugh " oh ha ha Niall very funny " Stacy said " You want to know what? You are just as bad as the rest of the media! You are waiting on her slipping up, like she could make a small mistake like any human would do and you would go on and on about it until it drives her into the ground, then you guys think it would be a great idea to make up a story about her saying that she wants her fans to go die! You guys make me sick. You pick out every little detail that makes her look bad and create a big ass fake story so that you guys could get you 15 minutes of fame.You guys don't know her the way I do! You only get to see what the media shows you, which is a totally different Ariana from what I see, you don't know the real Ariana like the boys and I do. In fact Ariana phoned me the other week crying her heart out because everyone was making her out to be this fake bitch which is the total opposite from what she is, she was telling me that she can't take the hate anymore! You don't understand how much that hurt me to hear my own girlfriend say that to me! It's heartbreaking " I said taking a deep shaky breath as I was on the verge of tears remembering when Ariana phone me crying.

" I'm sorry boys I haven't given you a chance to speak go ahead " I say stepping back " no Niall keep taking until your big heart can't take it no more, we don't need to say anything because this is something that you need to address so go ahead " Louis told me and I smiled at him as I stepped towards Stacy again " um... so I... um... " Stacy said as she couldn't think of anything to say " oh can I say one more thing? I'm going to anyway " I said taking the mic from Stacy " Ariana if you are watching this you are Beautiful, smart and amazing! I'm so proud of you love also we are hella cute together " I said winking at the camera as I gave Stacy her mic back " thank you Niall for those kind words " Stacy said through gritted teeth as I smiled at her " only the best for my princess. I'm sorry but I need to go see my girl. " I said just as me and the boys went to walk away Stacy grabbed my tie and kissed me, I pulled away automatically " ew cooties " I said wiping my mouth " mouthwash, I need mouthwash! " I shouted as I stood to the side " I'm sorry boys but I can't do this " I said looking down " Niall just go back to the hotel and relax mate! Don't worry about the award show just go relax." Harry said " Are You guys sure?" I asked and they nodded " thank you " I said giving them all a hug as I said bye and ran down the red carpet only to bump into the girls of Fifth Harmony " Hey Niall " Lauren said " Hey guys" I said panting lightly " what's wrong? You look upset. " Camila asked laying her hand on my upper arm " Nothing just an interview got me mad so I'm just gonna go back to the hotel and chill " I said " What did the interviewer say? " Ally asked " Just some stuff about Ariana, it'll probably be all over Twitter later so you are best looking on there, anyway I best let you guys go and walk the red carpet. You all look gorgeous by the way " I said looking at all of them "you don't look to bad yourself " Camila said and I smiled at her " Anyway good luck for tonight, I know you're gonna smash your performance and gonna win the awards you're nominated for so good luck " I said giving them all a hug and a kiss on the cheek " bye guys "I said and heard them say bye as I walked away to the car to take me to the hotel.

I decided against going to the hotel and told the driver Ariana's house address and asked him to take me there. We pulled up at her house and I walked up to her door as I raised my fist to knock on the door it opened before I could " Niall? " I heard Ariana ask " Hey Ari I... um... You look beautiful " I said and ran away down to the car and told the driver to drive quickly as i left behind a confused Ariana.

- skip car ride -

I got into the hotel and changed out of my outfit as I just kept on my socks and changed into a pair of shorts. I pulled out my phone and clicked on mine and Ariana's messages.

A-Ariana N-Niall

N- I miss you, I miss kissing you, I miss cuddling you, I miss speaking to you, I miss you laughing at my terrible jokes I just miss you in general. 💔😔

I typed it out but didn't have the guts to send it to her so I just deleted the text and put my phone away. Man I miss her so much this sucks, as much as I like Camila she can never replace my Ariana " that was so stupid what the fuck Niall " I said Laughing to myself " hey Ari... you um look beautiful " I continued Laughing " I'm such an idiot."

I read confused as I took my phone out of my pocket " Holy shit no way! " I shouted as I realised that instead of deleting the text I sent it. HAHA LOL.....fuck
