"Zora hurry up and put on yuh uniform and come fi yuh money before mi lef," mommy said.
"Comingggg" I singed from upstairs,loud enough for her to hear.
I grabbed my bag,rushed down the stairs and took the money from her.
"Layta," I said as I took the money and attempted to walk out.
"No likkle kiss,thanks or even love you mommy." My mom exclaimed as I realized that I had forgotten my manners.
"Oh,watch ya,sorry. Thank you mommy,love you." I said as I kissed her on the cheek.
"A dat wid unu pitney when unu reach certain age and grade, tink yaa big ooman now, gwaan yuh ways jus nuh carry no belly in yah." I playfully roll my eyes at her words and laughed it off.
"Bye Skylar," I say to my mom.
That's just the relationship my mom and I have and I absolutely love it.
She's pretty, in good shape,doesn't look her age which is 36,loving,caring,super kind,moody,feisty as hell and VERY sarcastic and yes I inherited every one of those from her.
She is my mom,but amma say it 'that woman is thick and fine asf!'

I stood outside my gate waiting for a taxi.
Within two minutes a taxi is at my feet.
My driver could have dropped me off but I insisted on taking a taxi because I like to.

When I arrived at school I was suddenly greeted by noise,Noise,NOISE.

Like,I get it...you haven't seen each other in 2 months or so,you'll be excited even I'm excited to see my friends.

As I was walking to the front office to drop off a letter since I didn't attend the orientation to give it to them then, I felt a pair of eyes burning the side of my face. I immediately look up and lock eyes with some hot dude that's apparently staring at my weirdly.
