Ryo Inui aka The Beast, a dangerous cross between man and beast. The creature vacillates between slightly calm and very aggressive. Due to this it must wear a muzzle at all times. When aggravated enough it will start to lose all form of human speech and become feral.
It must always be kept in a cage. If it needs to be transferred then we have to heavily sedate it beforehand. There must always be a thick concrete and steel infused wall around the beast whenever he is not sedated. This is a necessity because of the claws it has as well as his manic tendencies.
Whenever the beast is having a conversation with somebody he needs to be chained up to something. If even a single thing rubs it the wrong way then it will start to attack anything and everything it sees.
We know very little about it due to the fact that it's very hard to get in close contact with the beast. Let alone poke and prod it. It's been in our protection for as long as I've worked here.
It has now been classified as highly dangerous and something that should be left alone. It gets the sustenance it needs to be able to survive but other than that we lost all hope on figuring out what it was years ago.
