"Let's us all rise to welcome the Emperor of Fairy." The duke's voice boomed within the grand hall of the palace.

All royals from each Sectors all stand to pay respect, but the emperor just air his hand to dismissed the formality.

They are all gathered for their annual meet-up to celebrate another peaceful year and to discuss the  upcoming battle.

"No need. I am here just to greet all of you, but I still have things to do. Our admirable Consul will discussed everything that you need to know and I will be joining you in a few days." Emperor's voice chime within the hall. "You may continue what our head of Consul was saying."

The head of Consul surprise by the sudden recognition, shook his head. "It's my honor, your Majesty." He bowed his head and the rest of all the royals. The duke announce that the emperor will be exiting the place. The emperor just nodded and left together with his guards. The Consul and the rest of the royals continued what they were discussing before the emperor visits.

The prince of Autumn, Jungkook uttered a yawned. He doesn't want to attend this annual celebration and the mere fact that he is now included with the assembly. After he reached sixteen of age, he begun to join the council, even though he still don't understand the importance of his existence in the place when most of the things that they were discussing are far beyond from what his responsibility as a prince. But his father said, it is for him to observe and learned the advantage and disadvantage of it, so he would know what he will do if he become a king himself.

As he wander his eyes to each of the royals in the palace, he saw the prince of Summer, Wonwoo having a presumptuous smile. Out of all the four Sectors, Summer and Autumn has the biggest rivalry. And it added how most of the Summer royals are conceited beings. He wanted to wipe the smirk from Wonwoo's face. He remembered their last fight which Wonwoo wins but it leads to a disciplinary action for both of them, hence fighting or any form of violence inside the palace of the Empire are strictly prohibited.

Jungkook just roll his eyes, knowing the reason why Wonwoo won that time is because he didn't fought back. He controlled himself so hard but it didn't help when he know himself how provocative the other fairy is. Both of their guards are there but stopping them are quite impossible when both fairy started to used their powers.

He still feel the unfairly judgement of the Consul that time, Wonwoo who only punished not to leave his room, and yet he clean the whole Garden of the Season. He thought that maybe, the reason why Wonwoo received a light punishment is due to the fact that Summer won last time.

He left a good amount of sighed and stared somewhere else, then his eyes landed in one particular lady. He has no idea who the lady fairy is but he can't help but stare at the beautiful blonde girl at the far left side table where the Winter royals are seated.

Her beauty is somewhat incomparable to others. She looks like an angel rather than a fairy. Her golden wavy hair that tucks behind her big ears which all of the fairies have, compliments her ivory skin. Most of the Winter royals wore a thick red velvet cape, and he wonder what the lady fairy is wearing inside. The reason of his curiosity is because the Winter Sector is known as a trend-setter when it comes to fashion. But as he steal glances towards the lady fairy, there's a glimpse of nervousness and a look of boredom on her face.

There are lot of beautiful fairies who are quite an egotistical being, and he hopes that the lady fairy is not one of them.

King of Autumn, his father nudge him to pay attention and he did. He tried to listen but he can't focus. His eyes roam around once again to each fairies in the grand hall, and landed on the Winter royal side, but got frozen when the girl caught his gaze. He immediately averted his eyes somewhere else.

A few minutes later, once again, drowsiness took him over. So he asked permission to his father if he can walked outside to wake himself up. The king just nodded and wave his hand. He immediately stood up and walk outside together with her guard Joon.

"Did they put a slumber magic on the grand hall? And am I the only who is affected by it?" Jungkook started to tear up when he released another yawn.

"I'm pretty sure there are others who feel bored as you are but you are quite the obvious one." Joon his guard and also his friend browse the corner of the hallway for the possible danger.

"it's because.. IT.IS.NOT.INTERESTING." Jungkook put both of his hand behind his head. He arched his one brow when he saw the alert look that his guard giving.

"Don't worry. I am not going to create another trouble. Knowing what punishment I had before..mmm..mmm..never again." He chuckled trying to ease the tense look of his friend but deep inside he really don't want any trouble.

"Better be safe than sorry. We are not sure when will the danger come." Joon who is still alert, ease his tense shoulder. It such a crime to do such a preposterous act in the Empire of Season, where fairies living in the palace strictly uphold the peace. That's why both Jungkook and Wonwoo still received a punishment when their fight is considered a child's fight.

They wended their way in the corner of the hallway when they heard laughter from below. Jungkook looked down at the garden, and there he found the lady from the Winter Sector.

He froze, quite amaze from what he's staring at. The lady fairy also left the grand hall and now wandering at the Garden of the Season. She already remove her cape and showing her exquisite gown. She's wearing an asymmetric one side shoulder long sleeve gown with different colors, white and silver, the Winter's official color. The two colors twirls around her gown, and it has a unique pattern embroidered on the skirt. Jungkook leaned on the wall just to appreciate the view when a small boy running in the garden caught his attention.

"Am I seeing things or that boy who's running like his ass is on fire is my brother?" Jungkook asked.

"He is your brother." Joon said.

His little brother Bam, now bumping to the lady fairy is now laughing like a fool. And there he witness that it made the lady fairy smile, and he found out how majestic the lady fairy looks like.
