Izuku stood up and looked up to this man who introduced himself as spec
"What do you mean? I'm not dead? I mean I did get shot, set on fire?" Izuku replied
"No your not dead thanks to your resistance to pain." Said spec
" But now we have to train your body so you don't fall for anything every again." Said spec
Izuku got up and nodded then izuku said " what's first?"
Then spec said " think of a pond, lake, or even of a ocean if you can" izuku was confused but he thought of a lake then the  confused izuku was tossed into the lake by spec
" Swim back here" said spec
So izuku did but when he was swimming he noticed the the water didn't feel like water but almost like a non-sticky syrup once izuku got back spec tossed him back into the water and this happened over and over again until izuku got pissed off and dodged specs grab and punched spec but of course nothing happened this made spec smile izuku was dumbfounded that his punch did nothing.
"Think of some weights that start at 15 pounds to one ton." Said spec so izuku did then said " tell me your story." Then spec told izuku about the whole baki prisoner arc izuku was shocked but understood that spec is training his muscles. But now we go to the outside world we see mei in her class crying then powerloader walked in and seen mei crying so he walked up to her and asked "what's wrong?"
In-between sobs mei said "izu-ku was arr-ested th-is mor-ning".
" On what reasons?" Powerloader asked

Powerloader eyes when wide and asked "when did he do it?"

Now we go back to izuku and spec we see a buff izuku about the same as baki during the prisoner arc. But he is as strong as Yujiro hanma so once izuku woke up he is ready to take on the world by force now we go back to nezu. Nuzu is grading some papers then powerloader knocked on the door
"Enter" nezu said
Nuzu looked up and said "oh powerloader what can I help you with?"
"Izuku is innocent you know that right?" Powerloader said
"What stop joking" nezu replied
" I'm not he has a alibi you know that Or did you not ask him for one!?" Powerloader said

"He was with me and mei all last night and me and mei dropped him off at 1-a dorms." Then eraserhead open the door was powerloader finish talking. Eraserhead's eyes went wide and started to freak the fuck out " oh God, oh God, oh God, oh God shit fuck Nezu we fucked up." Nezu replied " indeed we have." Then allmight walked in and said " what have we messed up on?" Powerloader gave allmight a death stairs then eraserhead said "izuku innocent!" Allmights jaw dropped and said "we have to get him out of there" then powerloader said "no me and mei are getting him out" allmight was about to say something then nezu said " no he is right him and mei are the ones to go." Then powerloader went back to class and he seen kirishima trying to flirt with mei and he was about to push him self on to her until he heard powerloader said loudly go to nezu's office right now kirishima!" Kirishima ran outside the room powerloader said "mei can you please come with me" then mei asked " why?" Then powerloader said " we are going to get izuku." Mei basically teleported to the door and said "let's go!"
