Loop
Everyday is like a loop
You know how people say history doesn't repeat but it rhymes
Imagine that but every day
Everyday we sit around and talk until something happens
A briefcase may come to life to tell us about jobs
Or our ID's to tell all about our identity
I was okay with it
Duck was okay with it
Yellow was fine with it but then again he's fine with anything
After a while I could tell it was starting to mess with Red...

"We can't go back! I'm not going back to that house!"
He yelled in desperation. I sat helpless in the passenger seat. I didn't know what to do. The chaos continued until Yellow directed our attention to the outside. Everything was glitching. Like when the TV would mess up except this wasn't TV. It was life as we knew it. Slowly reality faded into a gray concrete filled junkyard. Was everything like this? I didn't know. None of us did. We walked around observing the new surroundings. After a while it became dark. Barely any words were said. We sat around a fire hoping to fight the new feeling of cold dry weather. "Is this where we live now? Where are the neighbors...and the community?" Yellow mumbled. "They'll be here. Don't worry." Red responded. The wind being the only thing to fill the silence.

The night drew long and cold. Duck falling onto Reds shoulder while Yellow drifting off on mine. The only ones awake were us. "What do we do now?" You finally speak. "I...I don't know." Reds voice whimpered softly. He wasn't crying but the tone told you his stress. You leaned on his other shoulder hoping to bring even the slightest bit of comfort. "It...it will work out." You say hesitantly "will it?" Red responds. You listen to the fire crackle and the whistles of the wind. The soft breathing. Along with many unknown noises you choose to ignore. You feel a cold arm wrap around you as you drift off
