C1. Borading the ship

White's pov:
I woke up to my blaring alarm.
"Shit, I almost slept in.." I murmured to myself, I looked to my right pathetically and it's
4:32 am, weird timing to wake up.. But the Skeld wanted us to board the ship early..
"Cant believe I'll be in space for the first time, for two months at the minimum." I whispered to myself, I threw my blankets off me and ran to put on some normal clothes. I started to get a blaring headache from waking up too fast. "God my body was weak, who cares. Just get ready.." I thought to myself, I threw some clothes on and ran to my bathroom to brush my teeth and hair.

"Hell, why do I even brush my hair. I look like a boy with a pixie cut.." I murmured again, this time rushing because I had to be their by 5:00. I looked at the mirror one last time to see my short light brown hair with white streaks in it. Then ran outside.
I jumped into my car. My parents didn't really care on what I did.

I zoomed off to the space launch station, it took 5 minutes. I started getting a twist in my stomach, I've overheard rumors about people saying there's aliens acting like their here to help the team, but then their goal is to be killing humans in space..
Honestly, I don't really believe it. But I act oblivious so people feel better about themselves.

I think about weird thing on my mind, and I realized. There is a game about this.. I'm sure it's called 'Among Us' odd name, but it fits on what it is. I stopped thinking to myself so I won't crash into a pole.
"God, it's so dark outside.." I thought.

The rest of ride was silence really. I couldn't think much to talk about to myself. I shortly arrived to the station, and saw 10 other people in astronaut color-coded suits, one suit was left for me. The color white.

"That's convenient, my favorite color is white." I spoke to myself.
"Hello!  I overheard we're getting a new member and I'm guessing that's you?"  An unfamiliar voice spoke, I turned around and saw a tall feminine person in a blue astronaut suit.
"Oh! Yeah, I'm new here. I'm honestly nervous.." I acted oblivious, but I really was scared. I just can't let my guard down, you never know what happens next.

"We're about to launch, I guess the team was waiting for you. Let go to the launch pad!" Blue cheered, the tall woman dragged me to the launch pad.
"Meet the team, we'll be sleeping in randomized rooms that purple decides. I think it'll be shared of two people in each room." Blue explained.
"Oh!  Uh- ok!.."  I hesitantly replied, continuing to dragged by Blue.
"This is red, I think you and him should get along because I looked at purple's room sorting stuff and it show you two will be sharing a room." Blue explains before being cut off.
"I'm a girl, not a boy, Blue.  Get it right."  Red grumbled, Red seemed to dislike when people misgender her, I understand that, I feel bad.

"This is Lime and Dark Green. Their a couple for sure." Blue giggled
"Hey!" Lime yelled, she looked like a tomato.
"Yeah, yeah, just continue introducing people" Dark Green playfully scoffed, Blue dragged me around to introduce everyone.
"Oh look, the extroverted person dragging people around!" Black playfully mocked
"Hey! I just wanna help!" Blue acted offended.

'God, I can't imagine feeding your ego by talking.. I hate public speaking in general.' I thought to myself.
"This is purple and pink. Their brothers."  Blue continued to explain.
"Oh yeah!  There's black, he has a crush on pink"  Blue giggled.
"Shut up!"  Black yelled from across the room.
"Never!"  Blue yelled back playfully.

"This is orange and yellow. Their also a couple!" Blue giggled once more, like a gremlin.
"We're aware that me and orange are a couple." Yellow rolled her eyes.
"Yeah, yeah!" Blue playfully scoffed, then dragged me to one last person.
"This is cyan! People call him light blue but his color is cyan." Blue explained.
"That's everyone!" Blue finished and smiled.
"Yeah, thanks. I'll just sit down and wait for launch." I carefully say, trying to act dumb. I walked off to sit down onto one of the launch chairs.

"So your also new, right?" Red walked over, trying to start a conversation.
"Yeah, just hanging out. Do you know how long we'll be gone in space for?" I asked Red
"I'm sure it said a month but I feel like I'd be three months somehow.." Red answered, tilting her head. Thinking if she was correct.
"Yeah, I'm sure we leave in like five minutes as well."  Red fully answered before being cut off.
"Attention all astronauts, aboarded on the Skeld.  We are launching in five minutes.  Please sit down on your color coded seats and hang out for a few minutes whilst we prepare launch."  A voice says in the intercom.

"Guess that proves my point, heh."  Red replied to herself with a giggle.
"Guess so!"  I smiled, and I tried looking through Red's visor to see his face.  But it was all foggy.  I didn't mind it though.
"Let's calm down guys, get in your seats.  Whilst we blast off I'll say your name and another person's name and assign you a room"  Purple explained.
"Orange and Yellow, you two are assigned room 1". Purple started reading out names, I zoned out and then heard my name.
"Red and white, you two will have room 5 together.  And that's everyone."  Purple finished talking.

"We will now be taking off.  Please be careful and do not move until told to do so.  It will take about 5 minutes for you to be able to move out of your seat"  The intercom voiced again.
"Every stay still and calm down.  We'll be able to explore the Skeld and settle down soon."  Purple explained.
Everyone nodded, I started feeling weird.  I feel like a dark aura is around me, but it got worse because we're launching maybe.  Or maybe it's because Red and Black are acting weird.
It's nothing..  I think..
