Katsuki: *Noted that his heat was going to state very soon and gets up and goes into the bathroom and when he does he goes into heat and he let's he dragon side take over even though he can cancel his dragon side wall during that he transforms into his dragon from but him and his dragon side makes sure that they do not destroy the school and his dragon side decided to wander around*

Aizawa: You really shouldn't because dragons are dangerous

Shoto: Oh because the dragon is Katsuki Todoroki *Puts hand on Katsukis head* and the only two things that makes it very obvious that this dragon is Katsuki because he is a rare white dragon and the his broken horn even though he can shed it and regow it no longer broken but he chooses to keep it broken even after he sheds it

Ok here is a little bit more information about dragons when dragons sheds thare sheded scales will turn into gold or diamonds sometimes both but thare horns and some times thare scales stay the same material they were before shedding and those can cost a pretty penny but if thare one of thare horns are broken they can choose to live it broken even after they shed it but if they don't want thare broken horn broken anymore they will shed it and it will grow back on longer broken
