Nezuko stood awkwardly at the door of the fencing club room. She had followed Rui there but she wasn't exactly sure where to go from there. Like Rui had said, she was a hopper. She never really had to worry about introducing herself or knowing what to do. She'd just wander the halls and people would call out to her and tell her what to do. Douma approached her and took her hand."M'lady I'm glad you came," he bowed down kissing the back of her hand.
A pair of arms wrapped around Nezuko pulling her back. "Fuck off disgusting pig," Daki hissed. She extended her middle finger waving it in his face.
"I'm just welcoming our new manager," Douma smiled.
Nezuko looked up at Daki. "What exactly is my job as manager,"
"You should probably talk to the team captain about that," Daki looked down at Nezuko smiling.
Daki pulled her along to two people wearing masks sparring. "Just wait here for the captain and vice-captain to finish. I need to go kick Doumas ass sparring,"
Nezuko waited patiently outside the ring. She listened to there rods clang together as they moved back and forth in the ring. Nezuko was brought back to a year prior.
She was sitting in a high school gymnasium watching her brothers fencing tournament. She was amazed watching her brother face off against students who where older then him and he was winning. She was filled with pride. Something caught the corner of her eye and she turned to inspect further. Nezuko was captivated by what she saw. There next to one of the rings was a beautiful boy. He had black hair with blue tips and a soft face. He was wearing a fencing outfit with the same crest as her brothers. He was probably in the same club as him. The man with the black and blue hair turned and made eye contact with Nezuko and she turned away embarrassed. She didn't mean to be staring.
Nezuko smiled fondly thinking back at that memory. It was embarrassing but it made Nezuko laugh.
"I'm glad to see you came," Muzan approached her with the vice captain who had been introduced to her at lunch as Kokushibo.
"Thank you for having me but I'm sorry I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing as manager," said Nezuko.
Muzan scratches the back of his neck "sorry normally we'd get a new manager in the last year of the old manager job so they could get trained but we couldn't find anyone new this year. From what I remember our previous manager just organized our calendars and event, filled water bottles, and just helped out if we needed anything,"
Nezuko smiled, this was perfect "that's great that's pretty much what I did for all the other clubs I helped out,"
"How about you start by filling the water bottles," Muzan pointed to a box "they're in that box,"
"Yes sir," Nezuko saluted him and ran off to go fill water bottles. She hear Kokushibo stifle a laugh at her antics. She picked up the bottles and wandered out of the fencing building. She walked along outside till she reached the entrance of the school and she kicked open the door. She wandered through the halls until she found a water fountain. People from clubs walked by talking about this and that. She began unscrewing the caps from bottle and filling them up. This came easy to her, she had done it a million times for sports teams at her middle school. She quickly refilled the the box and went to return to the club room. An arm reached next to Nezuko pushing her to a wall.
"Hey cutie, are you busy right now," the person asked. It was a guy about average height and dark hair. He had black swirl tattoos all over his arms but other then that no noticeable detail.
This man was making her very uncomfortable "excuses me I have to get back to my club room," Nezuko reached for the final water bottle that was now overflowing.
"Cmon I'm sure you could spare a few minutes. I really need help getting this pole up in one of the class,"
Nezuko almost cringed but she was raised to be a polite girl. "I'm sorry but that don't have any interest in doing that,"
"Excuse me," he hissed.
"It means buzz off jackass," someone spoke from behind him.
The man and Nezuko looked to see Rui.
"Fuck off shorty, this has nothing to do with you,"
"It does as long as you have a hand on my little sister,"
The man paused with a thoughtful face. "I recognize you, your that little sick bastard. The one who can't do anything unless the fencing team backs him up,"
Rui had a flash of sadness wave across his face but Nezuko enraged. She hated when people talked down to the people she cared about. She reached for the bottle that was overflowing in the fountain and dumped it on the guys head. He was quickly soaked head to toe and be a distracted by what had just happened. Nezuko quickly grabbed the box of full water bottles and ran to Rui. She grabbed Ruis hand and dragged him along with her laughing as hard as she could.
"Cmon Rui," she giggled.
Rui sighed "only the first day and your already causing problems little sister,"
