" Y/N do you dance? "

You raised your eyebrows to Hyunjin who appeared out of nowhere and all of a sudden asked you that question.

He crouched in front of you with a mineral water bottle in his hand, literally waiting for your answer. He wants it right away!

you are currently in the dance studio, hanging out with the SKZ boys and watching them practicing their dance for the next comeback.

" Not much.. I haven't danced since i was in high school.. " you answered and scratched your neck.

" and hyung, please don't get too close to me. I could practically smell your perfume and it freaks me out " you pushed Hyunjin's teasing grin face out of your sight

"He always do that!" I.N from behind yells while pointing to Hyunjin.

" don't act like you don't like it thoughh " Changbin butted in the conversation.

"But Y/N can really dance though. He joined the competition before if I'm not mistaken.." you glare at your cousin from across the studio as he tried to avoid the eye contact with you as he continues. This has made Hyunjin more intrigued to hear about it.

"Hyung, shut it." Hyunjin snapped his head to you and grabbed your arm and pulled your body up from the floor.

"Great i want to try the Red Light dance with you! You should try to learn the dance!"

"What?!"

"Woo!" Han and Minho cheered from behind while the rest just chuckles and joined in.

12:48 am..

" Nah nah, stop it. I think my feet are done working out.. " you laid down on the floor as you panted out.

"you did great tho." Felix pulled your arms and dragged your stiff body away from the center of the studio to the couch nearby where the rest of the boys are. And the manager-nim also there too.

" let's have a dinner together at my place. I'll cook! " Minho offered and received lots of agreement from the fella including you.

"lets gooo!" all of them started to leave the room, and you are not far behind.

as you stood up from the bench your phone started to buzz. You took it out and saw the name displayed on the screen.

SnowBall ☃️ is calling...

you hesitated a little bit because the boys are still nearby. You don't really want them to know because they will make a fuss about it even tho you and her are just friends.

they already did once when they saw you talking with Karina and when Chan told them that Karina used to come to the apartment.

and they teased you a lot. You even noticed there was a golden packet inside your backpack but you have no clue who put it there. You confronted about it and all of them giggled seeing it and just tried to change the subject.

Knowing them, they would try to matchmaking us without making the public knew. like the little things; when Karina updated Insta or Twitter.. Bubble and stuff.

You answered the call anyways.

" hey~! Are you busy? "

"uhm now? I guess because I'm heading to Minho's house cuz he wanna cook us dinner."

" awww that's great! me and the girls had ramyeon today. "

" did Karina have 2 of them? " you giggled because you remembered that Karina had to eat yours during your hang out because she said one wasn't enough for her. You weren't that hungry so you just give her. A little argument happened but you sorted it out.

" yes!! We also made tteokbeokki! "

you looked up and saw Chan waiting for you with his hands on his waists.

"Uh... Minjeong-ah i gotta go... hyung's giving me that glare again.." you whispered as you slowly approaching him

"ah okay. Bye bye! " she hung up.

"hurry up slow poke!"

In the girls' dorm:

a grinning Winter turn off her phone and turned around to leave her room. She went to the living room to check out if the girls are already sleeping.

guessing that the house is quiet, she took that cue to go to the kitchen. She stopped walking when she saw that Karina is using her laptop on the island in the kitchen. Looking like she is searching or reading something on the website.

"Oh Minjeong-ah, you're still awake." Karina greeted as she slowly close the laptop once Winter is nearby to where she is right now.

Winter raised her eyebrows and eyed the action of her unnie.

'she is hiding something..'

" i got thirsty, unnie. What about you? " Winter opened the fridge.

"I just read an article... About cooking and stuff.."

' can't let her know that I went into the Instagram profile of Y/N.. '

"have you thought about where you will go during our break?" Winter asked her as she took a seat next to her.

"I will have a trip with my sister. She said she wanna take me somewhere." Karina shrugged as she started to yawn

" what about you? " Karina added  looking at Winter as she now have her head on the counter.

" I don't know.. i probably gonna ask Y/N to hang out with me... " Karina frowns a little and roller her fists that was on her lap under the counter. Luckily Winter didn't see it, or else, she's gonna freak out.

" Y/N..? Why? " Karina gritted her teeth and became more annoyed as she saw that grin on Winter's face started to appear.

" Well.. he haven't been in Korea before.. so i figured that i will show him around. "

Karina's jealousy started to get the best of her. She didn't know that she could feel like this towards someone that she just met in a year yet, she felt like she has known him since forever.

She didn't get to have a male friends before but when Y/N appeared, she felt safe and such. You know that thingy.

She knew that Winter also felt the same. She wanted to tell her but she can't. Friendship matters. What if things got messy after the confrontation.

like what should she tell her? back off? He's belongs to Karina?

She's also afraid that lately, Winter and Y/N has been so close that they sometimes hang out together. If not, they texted or on call.

Karina bit her lip and looked at Winter, and said,

"I'll come with you."

" what? "
