I was annoyed and so distressed about this feeling I had about Chase that I couldn't sleep through the night. All I could wonder was who he was and where I'd seen him before. So I decided to, instead of sleep, try and figure out who he was. And therefore I unplugged my phone and rolled over to my right side, logging into instagram.

I typed in the name Jayson Torres, but absolutely nothing came up. Hmmm must've been a mistake then? Let me try Chase Torres, maybe something will pop up? I pressed enter and the first few accounts weren't him so I kept scrolling. And boom, there he was. Chase Torres, 22, Lives in Los Angeles, studies design like me. But the account was private so I could only look at it from the outside not at his posts. Luckily I'm not stupid so I didn't follow him, just in case he was a bad person and I couldn't remember who he was because I'd decided to forget him. Does that make sense? Anyways I'll get Stella to stalk him later, at least I know his profile now. Now I can finally fall asleep with a lifted heart. Phew...

I locked my phone and put it back to charge on my nightstand, and turned to lay on my back. I closed my eyes but my mind was still driving on full speed.

"What if it isn't him and he has a twin brother? hmmm no that would be highly unlikeable as there's no guy in class named Jayson. And his profile said he studied design?" I continued to confuse myself furthermore for half an hour but eventually came to the conclusion that I was going to ask the other people in my group if they wanted to meet up at a cafe either tomorrow or the day after that to "talk" about our project. All I truly wanted tho was to figure out who this Chase guy was and see him face to face so I could figure out where I'd seen him before...

After finally having fallen asleep I slept for a good solid 6 hours, then had to get back up for my morning run. Overthinking had kept me up for way too long. Sometimes I really hate my brain to the fullest. Oh well the run went fine, until I got a message that interrupted my run for a bit.

"You look good in your running clothes, be careful, some people might figure out your daily routines if you do the same things every day at the same time."

Ice ran down my back, was someone really stalking my morning 6 am runs? The number was private so I couldn't google it or report it to the police. Well let's just say I got home very fast after that. Was it the same person that broke into my apartment that night?

I got really scared and definitely decided with myself that I shouldn't go for runs alone anymore, and especially not in the mornings when it's dark. Or I'd have to get a big badass dog to run with, like a doberman. Idk, all I knew was that I wasn't going running anymore.

I got inside and was still massively affected  by the text, so I decided to take a shower. It was a long warm shower and I made sure to take extra time to forget what just happened outside. I tried to shake the feeling off of me. And tried my best to just think of it as someone who was trying to prank me or something? Maybe the neighbourhood kids?

I finished my shower and got ready for the first zoom-meeting of the day, and also got ready to ask the others out on a cafe meet-up. I turned on my laptop and went into the zoom-meeting that had already been created by Aléx.

"Good morning Aléx" I said and waved at the camera, he waved back and smiled tiredly.

"Morning Hannah" he said softly and yawned.

"Someone didn't get enough sleep last night huh?" I chuckled and looked at the little video image the app displayed of his face.

"Yeah no I 'accidentally' joined a group of friends last night for a night out, I'm not doing my best right now" He chuckled as well and then Chase joined the conversation, my body automatically stiffened for some reason.
