it's been so long since i last entered a cover contest but i'm excited !!
i'm trying to get back into using ps and it's so weird haha
a lot of the shortcuts i used to use are like muscle memory and it surprises me how i remember them (which makes everything insanely easier to use); but i forgot where a lot of features are and it's fun to explore again! i haven't done anything insanely heavy like manipulating the subject but i had a lot of fun playing with adjustments and fx.
the prompt for this contest was to take a kpop song and reimagine it as the opposite gender who released it. i used the song jikjin by treasure which i've been liking a lot recently, and used karina from aespa as the faceclaim. because the mv has a lot of elements of racing i decided to put her on a track. fun fact, i'm a f1 fan and so the bg image is actually from the marina bay circuit in singapore!
i struggled a lot choosing the coloring on this but i think it turned out well.
