The hooded figure

By the time they reached the museum it was already past noon and Sid, Abhi, Kavya were having a hard time to keep themselves cool. "I am telling you for the 25th time Sid, there's nothing in here. Maybe the demons got bored or something, let's go please! Plus, I am hungry." Kavya said as she dragged Sid and Abhi out of the museum into the burger joint nearby. "I think whatever demons were here last night are gone. We won't find anything in here", Abhi said bringing three cheese burgers and drinks. "No, I say we wait till night. That's when the demons are most active you see", Sid said. "But we have homework to finish Sid! Let's wait till seven, fine with you both?", asked Kavya. "Okay", chanted the boys in unison.
They waited on the terrace of the museum for the rest of the day. It was almost 7 and nothing strange happened so far. All of a sudden they spotted someone emerging from the shadows. "Hey look! There's someone down there", Kavya shouted, bouncing as she speaked. "Sshh! Stay quiet. You will scare him off", Abhi said looking at the person below entering the museum. The person, well, looked like any ordinary person, with jeans, sneakers, a cap and a hoodie. Nothing strange about him so far. When the person exited the building it was dark outside and bingo! their sensors were buzzing loudly, indicating demonic presence. So they followed the figure into the street, jumping on the roofs,careful to remain out of sight. The figure turned around the corner unaware of the monsters closing up on him. "I think we should go and help him, I don't think he knows he's being followed by monsters", Abhi said. The person just stopped in front of the dark wall, realising the monsters around him. "No wait, first see what he's upto and then enter", Sid said, carefully eyeing the person in the hoodie. The boy turned and was attacked by a ravenor demon who lunged at him.
"Oh my! Go help him, he's gonna die." Kavya screamed as she ran to help him with Sid and Abhi at her heels. But to everyone's surprise, the boy killed the demon a little too easily. They reached up to him and started sending off the monsters to their dimensions. The hooded person fought valiantly as well, Sid observed. When they were done with the last demons, they turned to confront the stranger and were surprised to see him vanishing into the shadows. "Did you see him? He ran into the wall and vanished!", exclaimed Kavya. "Yeah, I think he maybe headed for platform nine and three qaurters", replied Abhi. "I say we leave and report it to Sharma", Sid said.
