Ethan's pov

At school i was at my locker with benny and rory and haylee walked up to me and i smiled awkwardly when i seen her

" Hey ethan " Haylee said

" Hey " i said

" I wanted to know if you wanted to go on a date with me to the arcade? " Haylee asked me as rory and benny nodded

" Uh yeah " i said as she smiled and walked away

" You guys are coming with me and so are luke and faun " i said awkwardly as they both smiled awkwardly

After school me and haylee walked into the arcade room and we were playing a game but things were awkward between us, rory and luke walked into the arcade and i smiled when i seen them

" Hey " i said as they smiled

" Hey " rory said

" Lets go play some games " luke said as him and rory walked over to the skeeball table and they started playing and luke didnt know how to play skeeball so rory got behind him and grabbed his hand and helped him play skeeball as benny and faun walked into the arcade room and they sat with me and haylee who talked to me

Benny's pov

Ethan and haylee were talking about something but i was watching luke and rory who were playing and having fun as they both got something to drink and luke spit his straw cover at rory and it lightly hit Rory's face and nudged luke lightly with his elbow as they both laughed like they had a great friendship and it made me bummed out that me and faun didnt act like that

" Do you wanna play a game? " I asked faun as she nodded

We walked over to a water gun game and i squirted the water at her and she laughed and ethan looked at me and her and then slowly at luke and rory who were laughing and rolled his eyes as he walked over to rory

" Hey " ethan said as rory stopped laughing

" Hey " rory said as ethan grabbed his hand and pulled him away from luke

" What do i say to haylee? " Ethan said but all i could see was ethan talking to rory and i thought he was getting upset about rory being to flirty with luke and faun went to use the bathroom and haylee walked over to me

" Hey " haylee said

" Hi " i said awkwardly

" Ethan's not interested in me is he? " Haylee asked me

" He's shy " i said

" You seem nice " haylee said

" Yeah " i said

" Hi " faun said as i put my arm around her

" Ill see you later " haylee said as faun got confused and i seen rory and walked over to him

At school i was sitting at the table talking to haylee and luke and rory sat with us and mikayla sat with erica and sarah at another table and faun walked into lunch and seen me talking to haylee as haylee pushed her hair behind her ear and smiled at me and she awkwardly sat with erica and sarah and mikayla

Rory's pov

Me and luke were sitting with benny and haylee and it was raining outside and ethan walked over to us and sat down and we talked about mr. G giving us homework

" Mr. G gave me so much homework I can't play video games " i said as luke placed his hand on my shoulder and i looked at luke

" I'll help you " luke said as benny looked at me and luke and ethan didnt seem to notice

" I gotta go " haylee said running her fingers through Benny's hair as she smiled at ethan and walked away

" Ill see you later " benny said as ethan gave him a confused look

" Shes a friend " benny said as luke took his hat off my head and put it on his head and benny seemed bummed out that me and luke had a good friendship

After lunch we walked through the hallway and ethan stopped by his locker and luke rested his arm on my shoulder and put on Ethan's old sunglasses and i took my hat off his head and put it on my head and crossed my arms

" Cool " ethan said as me and luke did a cool funny handshake 

" Oh yeah " i said resting my arm on lukes shoulder

" Uhuh " luke said crossing his arms as ethan and benny shook their heads
