"Never to part!" Parappa x Melodii (Name pending)

Prologue

It's just an ordinary day in Parappa Town. Nothing special was really happening. Everyone was doing their own things. Some went out with friends, others stayed home alone or with family. That's the case for our friend, Parappa.

As the sun rose a bit more onto the house where he lives in, the rays shown through the window of his bedroom, where he is seen with his headphones on while drawing possible covers for his two albums. It was pretty quiet in the house. His parents went out together for the day, leaving him home alone with his little sister, Pinto.

Parappa: "Check and turn the signal to the..." He mutters his parts and taps his eraser on his sketchbook like he's stumped. "Heck! Kinda forgetting my lefts and rights again."

*BANG*

Parappa: "Hmm?" He takes off his headphones and looks at the door.

Someone was knocking on his door, but they weren't there at this moment. This caused him to put his headphones back on and continue drawing.

*BANG BANG BANG*

Parappa: "Alright! I'm coming!" He paused his music and set his pencil down as he got up.

He was a bit peeved off about who was at his door right now. By the time he opened it, a small blue thumbs up showed up under the door before retracting back. As he fully opened the door, he saw his little sister and their pet looking at him.

Pinto: "It's about time you answered! I've been out here for hours!" She picked up their pet, Ui, and looked upset with her big brother.

Parappa: "*sigh* Oh please! It's just been a few minutes!" He sighed slightly and face palmed before looking back at her. "It's not like I took years."

Pinto: "Felt like it!" She turns away with her back facing him.

Parappa: "Did not!"

Pinto: "Did too!"

For what felt like days, they kept going on and off with their argument before he was about to slam the door on her. She stopped him from doing that with her foot, so that kinda hurt a bit.

Pinto: "Come on! Can we go to the park?" She gave him the pleading puppy dog eyes.

Parappa: "Why this early? It's 9AM!!"

Pinto: "I wanna see my friends! Pweeeeeaaaassseeee??" She stood on her tip toes to reach his height, which makes him laugh.

Parappa: "Fine, fine! We'll go to the park."

She starts to run downstairs and cheers loud, causing him to close the door and get ready. He grabs his backpack and puts the following items inside.

- His waterbottle

- His sketchbook with his pencil

- Headphones and phone charger

- His phone, of course

- A hoodie for just in case

- A few snacks for him and Pinto to share

- And a microphone for no reason

Once his lists everything he needs to pack, he grabs his skateboard from under his bed and puts a new sticker on the bottom with some of the old ones that still remained.

Parappa: "Reminder to buy more cause I'm running out. Shouldn't have left PJ and Matt take care of them for me..."

He starts to run out of his room and waits at the front door for Pinto. While he waits, he skims through his phone to see if anything interesting was happening. He starts to look at the photos he took with all his friends. Some where they goofed off, some where it was pretty chill, or where he showed his art to them.

After some more minutes, he feels the ground beneath him, starting to move in a circular motion as it opens up to a strange pink color. He starts to grab onto the nearby coat rack until he loses his grip. His tail latches onto the carpet so he can put his phone back and grab ahold of something more sturdy.

Pinto: "Hey, big bro? Are you re-" She walks downstairs with Ui and his boombox, Boxy Boy. As she sees her literal brother being dragged down to the pits of who knows where, she hurries and grabs his arms.

Parappa: "It's about time you showed up!!" 

Pinto: "It's not my fault you take longer to get ready!!"

She kept pulling and pulling him to the ground, but trips on the ground, causing him to fall through the portal while grabbing Boxy Boy with him to who knows where. 

Now we're in a small city called Jamwell. It's just the same as Parappa Town. Nothing big happening. Unless the literal FBI shows up to your house and interrogates you even if you did nothing. After the aforementioned minutes of him falling, he lands on the sidewalk of two houses. The one on the left was yellow, while the house on the right was kinda like the pink in the portal.

Parappa: "Ah..." He rubs the back of his head while sitting up. "I could've really used a softer landing. Even on my tail." He starts to rub the part of his tail he landed on before his skateboard, and Boxy Boy fell near him.

Just in the distance, the black cars begin to leave from the pink house. The same happens for a woman who's off to work. Parappa looks over to see the cars ran over someone else who's just lying on the ground.

Parappa: "Yeah...This place is messed up already."

As he gets up and dusts himself off, someone ran into him as they both fall back onto the same sidewalk.

Parappa: "GAH!!! CAREFUL!!!" He sits up while looking annoyed.

.......: "Opps! My bad!" They quickly state.

He looks up to see a girl with short brown hair and a music note used as headphones. She dawns a pink long sleeve shirt with purple shorts. Along with purple shoes with yellow at the bottom.

.......: "Need some help there?" She holds her hand towards him.

Parappa: "S-Sure..." He grabs her hand as she pulls him up.

.......: "So what's your deal here? Visiting someone?"

Parappa: "No. It's-" He stops himself and ponders a bit. "A-Actually, nevermind. You have a name?"

Melodii: "Yeah. I'm Melodii! How about you?"

He gives off a small smirk as he grabs his microphone and turns it on.

Parappa: "Ay! Parappa's the name and rappings my game!" As soon as she heard that, she bursts into laughter for a bit until calming down. He walks over and grabs his items and puts his microphone back in his backpack.

Parappa: "Where are you heading to?" His gaze shifts over to her as she grabs her AGES NoteStar table and wipes it.

Melodii: "Eh, heading on over to McWaves. Nothing much."

Parappa: "Hey. Take me with you." 

He puts an arm around her shoulders and looks at her a bit. She avoids the eye contact and ponders before agreeing to let him come along with her. Who knew this act would lead to something more big and grand...
