Sweet Morning || Yoongi x Reader

It seemed like I had one of the worst weeks possible. With loads of work on hand, I barely spend any time with Yoongi for the past few days. Being a workaholic, he didn't have time for me either.

I was having disturbed sleeps. I would keep waking up every now and then hearing the slightest noise. And again, work for the whole day at a stretch without much scope for a nap.

Today, it was different. I was finally able to had a nice long sleep at night. The one that make you feel refreshed and I dare say, happy afterwards. But the most beautiful part of my morning was waking up. Opening my eyes, the first thing I saw was Yoongi's smile.

"Slept well?" he asked while gently resting his hand on my head.

I nodded sleepily, an automatic smile coming to my face as his hand ran down to my cheek.

"I was watching you for a while. You were sleeping like a baby."

"Yeah," I said, "It was a good one after quite some time."

"Now, get up quickly. I made breakfast."

Leaving a soft kiss on my forehead, Yoongi went straight to the kitchen.
