Felix POV;

It's been a week since I last saw that intimidating Alpha. For some reasons  the effects he left in me was a lil too much for me to forget.

It was just for a minutes I encountered him but his  impact  on me. I've been doing  everything I can to forget. Especially baking I usually  shake all my thoughts off while baking but this times it's so hard for me. I didn't even know his name and where he was from. But from our encounter I think he might be some big  share holder in a big  company since he was invited to that party.

I eventually ended up overworking the whole week. I have to go grab something to eat as I was feeling so weak out of hunger.
I was walking lazily on my way to grab something to feed my hungry stomach.  As I was walking my phone suddenly  vibrates'Mom' flash through my screen.. i sigh and pick it up.' YAH'? I spurted . 'Lix ..are you on your way back home?If not please come home  early...I have a really important  thing to discuss.' Mom  said as  didn't even  bother to wait for my answer and ended the call.

I was worried for some reason as soon as I reach our doorsteps. I opened the door and went in as i saw my mom three fully packed  trolleys. I was kinda  shocked.  I scream out 'Where the heck are you going Mom'?  But mom instead of answering me calmly said ..'Baby? We are going to the countryside '.  I was too stunned to even speak out . Like seriously  do I have to leave all my work here and go to a countryside?' What's wrong with you mom?' I asked her. But she replied sadly your grandma has passed away last night. I was too astonished, I couldn't process what my mom spilled  just now. My maternal grandmother who lives alone in the countryside died?

We were on our way to the countryside,  mom and I didn't talk for the last 2 hours of driving.  I wanna scream and cry my lungs out but I was controlling myself because my mom might be feeling worst than I am.
Finally we arrived after 5 hours of driving . It was nearly dark,some of grandma's neighbour took care of her dead bodyand what we  felt bad about was that we couldn't even have our last convo with grandma.   But at least we made it to her funeral.

After some hours after the funeral , both mom and I  quietly  sitting in my grandmother's place  noticed an  envelope. As we opened it we realized that It was a transfer of property paper. As my mom started  reading ,her mouth falls into an 'O' shape. My grandmother have transferred all her house and property to me and my mother. Well that was as expected because my mom have 2 siblings but non of them are close with grandma.  They didn't even show up  in grandmother funeral like it was not their own mom's funeral?

Mom and I, we were confused if we could settle here or go back to the city. For some reasons before coming here I was sure that I'll go back and work in the city but after being here I actually don't want to  leave.  Grandma's place was not very big but cozy not many people live in and around her place. It was really opposite to where we lived.

I woke up very early this morning, the night was so peaceful as there was no noise and air pollution.  It was full of nature's sound . As I stepped out of the house in the deep forest ,I was amazed by the beautiful view. It was breathtaking.  I didn't  realize that it was this beautiful last night as we reached here when it's already dark. The Morning view was really amazing.  I am lost by the  nature's beauty.

I went back to the kitchen and start preparing our breakfast.  Mom and I decided to live here for some years. Because we didn't want to leave grandmother place just yet. As I prepare our  breakfast , I was reminded of my time with grandma, I've never been here but grandmother have visited us many times. The times I spent with her was really valuable and I will treasure it for the rest of my life.  I made some pancakes, fried some sausages, cooked some noodles with fried eggs and made some tea for breakfast.

I wake mom up and called her as  breakfast was ready to be served. I served our breakfast and as we sit on the dining table , mom smiled at me'Thank you for the the food honey,'

After few hours , I took a quick shower and went for walk in the countryside. There were few people staring at me as I was walking. It might be because I'm new here and I was very self conscious as I'm an omega. I've  decided to live here for few years so, I have to adapt with the people and place here.

I saw a guy sitting on a bench near a tree as I walk closer he turned around and saw  me. He was a cheerful person  , I could see through his personality.  'Hi' I waved at him.' Hey are you new here?' He asked me.  'Mmmm yahhh kinda' I responded.  He said' I'm I.N and you?''uh...uh...sorry im Felix' .

He patted the seat next to him  and I sat down. We chatted for a while, he was such a bubbly person. And He is an omega too but he was already pregnant with  a person child whom   he slept with just few months back. He didn't  know where his other partner is as it was just a one night stand. But as he realized that he was pregnant after a month and  he decided to keep the baby.

(*please note that Male getting pregnant is normal in this story*)

I feel so bad for him, but im happy that    he  has made a brave decision. If it was me I would've been so lost especially  Carrying a child without an alpha partner beside me I couldn't even imagine. It must have been really hard.

I starred at my flat belly and touch it thinking it would be amazing to carry a child in my own belly with the love of my life. But sadly I've never been in a relationship in my whole life. At this rate I'm doubting if I'm capable to find a lover. I'm scared of Alphas though. I don't know if I can overcome this fear.
