the connection.

The connection between the miles and Daniel. This is less then a story part and more of an explanation of sorts.

When Daniel was in high-school he had a best friend named Jayden. Jayden had a friend named Noah and Nova. During high-school Jayden had started to date a girl named Alex. Alex was dark skined curvy and didn't have much trouble fing her way into situations. Daniel had also found a partner, Pup, Him pup Jayden and Alex where the best of friends. Jayden got Alex pregnant and even made Daniel the God father. When Dark ( Oliver at the time ) Was born Daniel gave him a necklace. The necklace had Darks name engraved on it. Dark grew up and never took the necklace off. It reminded him that no matter what Daniel and pup would be there for him. Dark got info multiple fights and would crave for Daniel's attention. After a while Daniel put a charm on the necklace. The charm help Dark stay away from bad and dangerous things. Soon the necklace became comforting and a source of weakness to dark. He soon stopped wearing it until the fight. Dark had broken Nova's nose and sent him to the hospital. Dark forever wore the necklace in fear he would hurt someone again.
