For the rest of the day, they treated me like a princess. I fell into the cloud of bliss and allowed myself to be fully pampered.
When night fell, they drove me back to my apartment, and each one coated my face with their kisses. Yet, none had kissed my lips. They received a grumpy, pouty look from me for that sort of punishment. They laughed at me, though, saying I'll have to wait until our next date.
Since it was nine at night, Oliwia was already asleep. She has always enjoyed her sleep, so it wasn't surprising to me. Being best friends with her for as long as I have, I know her habits well enough.
Deciding to do the same, I dropped my stuff from the guys onto the floor of my bedroom. My shoes were already off from the second I stepped into the apartment. Looking down at my clothes which I decided to change into consisting of: Marcel's t-shirt, B's joggers (which had to rolled up A LOT), and finally Edon's jacket. I concluded it was perfect to sleep in.
I plopped myself onto my bed and let sleep whisk me away into a place far, far away.

Waking up to the cluttering of pans and the slams of drawers shutting was extremely unpleasant. But my stomach spoke to me, knowing food was only a few steps away. Oliwia does cook well.
I tumble out of bed, not even bothering to make myself look presentable. This girl has seen me cry, throw up, scream, laugh, and be as high as a kite. There is no reason to hide my true self.
Honestly, she is more of a sister rather than my friend. I know she will forever be by my side; I can say that with a certainty since it has been proven time and time again. She is the first person to never let me down. The first to show me I'm lovable even in my worst states. I'll forever be grateful to her. She saved me from myself. She saw the pain in my eyes, heard my silent screams, and held me until it became engraved in my mind that she was there, that finally someone was there.
"Mornin' Miss I'm never home," she beamed at me. Her cotton candy pink hair frizzy and curly, her body swallowed by an oversized hoodie.
I laughed, "I'm here now, aren't I, and I'm yours for the day."
"Lucky me," she grumbled but then burst into laughter when she met my eyes.
"Yeah, lucky you, now what's for breakfast, Candy?"
"Just sit down." She waved me off and returned to finishing her task. I sit down, eager to eat since sleeping really drained my energy.
Oliwia places a plate in front of me, Racuchy z Jablkami (which translates to apple pancakes). She sits across from me with a plate of her own food. I notice she has a little more than me. Rude, I think but don't voice my opinion.
