"Renee come on" Lauren said as her toddler run to her.

"Why you take off you shoes" Lauren said putting down her bags and picking up Renee.

Lauren went to look for her shoes and put them back on.

Lauren grab her bags and hurry out the door to get to work and Renee to daycare.

Lauren made it to Renee daycare in ten minutes and had another ten to make it to work.

"Hi Lo" Normani said seeing her drop off Renee.

"Hi Mani, Nicki picking her up today" Lauren said giving Normani a side hug.

"Love Renee see you later baby" Lauren said kissing her baby cheek.

"Love you" Renee said back smiling.

"Okay see you later" Normani said as Lauren rush out the door.

Lauren waved and got in her car and headed to work.

When Lauren got to work and clocked in then she went to the front desk and got to work.

"Hey what can I help what you today" Lauren asked the woman with a obvious broken nose.

"Obviously I broke my nose bitch" The lady said.

"Okay imma need your name and social security number" Lauren said.

Lauren walked an 18 hour shift and had two hours left.

"Ma'am" Lauren heard it was a familiar voice, one she didn't want to hear again.

"Cause you did it and never admit that you knew what you was doing, you was kissing the bitch before you was even drunk" Lauren yelled.

"Okay I fucked the bitch and lied and said I was drunk, we fucking young Lauren and I'm sorry you know you mean so much to me stop bringing it up" Robyn said pushing Lauren on the bed with her.

"I promise" Robyn said pulling Lauren on top of her.

"Umm I got shot yesterday and was finally able to come to the hospital" The person said.

"Okay tell me you name and social security number and I need to see your ID" Lauren said.

The person sat down in the seat in front of Lauren and pulled out her ID.

"My names Robyn Rihanna Fenty my social is 124-57-6481" Robyn said.

"Okay I'm going to get you to a room as fast as I can" Lauren said handing Robyn ID back to her.

"Is your current resident 2039 Vild street" Lauren asked.

"Yea" Robyn said not taking her eyes off Lauren.

"Hand me your arm" Lauren said.

Robyn put her hand over the desk and let Lauren put a hospital band around her wrist.

"Imma call you back when we got a room for you" Lauren said.

"Thanks, nice to see you Lauren" Robyn said smiling.

Lauren didn't look or say anything to her just put in her information.

20 minutes pass and Lauren called Robyn name.

"FENTY" Lauren yelled.

Robyn looked up from her phone and stood up with a limp.

"Follow me" Lauren said.

"Good take over for me" Lauren said.

Lauren took Robyn to the back and into a room.

"Someone will be here to look after you when I'm done with what I'm doing" Lauren said.

"Okay" Robyn said.

"Take your clothes off and put on this, imma give you a few seconds to let you change and be back" Lauren said.

"Now you know you can stay in here, it not something you haven't seen" Robyn said.

Lauren rolled her eyes trying not to say anything, she walked out the room and have Robyn a few minutes.

After two minutes she knocked on the door and walked in.

"Imma give you an iv asked what happened, and don't lie like you do best" Lauren said.

Robyn laughed and sat up in the hospital bed.

"I got shot in the leg yesterday at about 12pm" Robyn said.

"How, and why didn't you come in sooner?" Lauren asked.

"Didn't think it was bad until it started to look bad" Robyn said.

"Just dumb, why you still in the gang shit just killing your self" Lauren said.

"Glad to know you still care" Robyn said.

"Yeah for one person though" Lauren said.

"Huh" Robyn said confused.

"Nothing, imma give you this IV and your doctor gonna come in and look at it" Lauren said sitting in a low spinning chair.

"You ain't gonna be my doctor" Robyn asked.

"No rih I'm just a nurse" Lauren said putting the iv in Robyn arm.

Robyn looked away shutting her eyes tight.

"Still a lil punk over a baby Needle" Lauren said giggling.

"I don't know why" Robyn said.

"Your doctor gonna come in and look at your leg stay safe" Lauren said.

Before she could leave Robyn grab her arm and pulled her down.

"I miss and think about you all the time" Robyn said.

"Good to know be safe" Lauren said snatching her arm away from her.

Lauren left the room and let out a breathy she didn't know she was holding.

"God that girl look just like her" Lauren said to herself.

Lauren laughed and walked down to her car, she put Renee in her car seat and got in the car and drove off.

"I think it's time, I can't keep doing this by myself" Lauren said to herself in the mirror.

"I hate her" Lauren said rolling her eyes with a smile.
