She dragged up her time turner necklace from her robe.

"I'm going to be late for Potions." She murmured to herself.

She turned the hourglass of the necklace. The next thing she knew, she was one hour ago. She smiled as she hid her necklace below her sweater. She took out her potions book and went to the Dungeon. To the Potion Class.

She walked down the staircase in the Astrology tower as fast as she could. But she stopped when she saw a quite interesting parchment on a window.

"This could be some kind of trap from someone." She warned herself. But curiosity killed her awareness.

She looked around, making sure that no eyes were on her.

"Who am I kidding?" She continued to mumbling.

She grabbed the parchment quickly. Before she had the chance to unfold it, she remembered she need to get to the Potion Class quickly. She had no time.

She quickly ran through the hall until she'd arrive at the Potion Class. Thank God the class didn't start yet. Professor Snape wasn't there.

She saw Harry Potter and Ron Weasley, and decided to join them. She greeted both of them, put her books on the table, and took a seat down.

"Where were you?" Ron asked. He stopped for a second before continuing. "Wait, that doesn't matter. You're here with us now. That's what matter."

She can't help but to made a smile for her best friend. "I don't think you know, but, I would like to focus on my grade. So, if you mind?"

Ron rolled his eyes. "Typical Hermione Granger." He mumbled through. Harry elbowed Ron.

"No, not at all. Go ahead."

She smiled. "Thanks, you guys."

Though, unfortunately, before she even get to open one of her books, Professor Snape walked into the class, automatically silenced the whole student.

"Class," he said since he assumed that word is a greeting word. "Don't get too hype that we won't making a complicated potion-"

Some Slytherins in the back of the class let out a relieved sigh. Of course, Snape don't do much of it.

"So we'll be doing a simple one. Open your book at page 229 and," he stopped when his eyes were locked on Neville Longbottom.

"Mr. Longbottom, why don't you read the name of the potion."

Neville cleared his throat. He seemed nervous, as always. "Uh, Truth Serum."

Snape nodded. "Yes," he said in his authentic flat voice. "And, Mr. Malfoy, why don't you tell us the work of Truth Serum?"

Draco Malfoy looked up from his unopened book. His face showed confusion. Blaise Zabini, who happened to sit beside him elbowed him and whispered to open the book.

Ron turned around after looking at Malfoy's confused face. Harry and Hermione did the same.

"You looked at his face?" Ron whispered.

Hermione nodded and Harry seemed to hold in a laugh. Which was a sign that he saw Malfoy's face.

"He looked like a boy that lost his mother in Flourish and Botts." Ron continued.

Harry smiled and about to give a comeback but Hermione interrupted.

"Stop it, you two. You don't want us to get some detentions, right?" She whispered. Both of them nodded. "We'll talk about it later."

They three turned around and faced Snape and the other students looking at them. Snape shook his head.

"Malfoy, next time open your book if you don't want to end up in detention.

"While you three," he stopped for a second before he continued. "You should've known better to not talk during my class except I told you to."

Ron shrinked in his chair. Harry looked down. But Hermione managed to cleared her throat.

"So, we might as well end up in detention with... Malfoy?" She asked.

Snape shook his head. "Lucky for you four, I'm in a good mood today. No detention for a day, if you do not know what that meant. But next time," he said. "Will be an extra detention day."

The four of them let out a relieved sigh at the same time, which actually freaked them out.

Snape turned his back and started walking through the students while talking. He locked his eyes on some students to freak them out, as usual.

But somehow, Hermione's mind can't focus to the lesson. She immediately thought of the small parchment she got earlier.

"Maybe I should open it." She murmured.

She looked around to check that no one was looking at her. Clear. She thought.

She pulled out the parchment out of her robe. She once again checked that no one was on her, and unfold the paper when she knew the cost is clear.

"The Truth Serum is a serum that will make the taker's tell the truth..." She heard Snape's voice, but it was only like a wind. No one can catch a wind.

Hermione smiled as she read what was written on the "note". She looked up as fast as she could, so no one could caught her doing that, or just get suspicious on her. She fold the parchment quickly, and stuffed it to her pocket robe.

"I don't think you know, but I saw that." Harry whispered to her ear.

She looked at Harry, and then dragged her view to her robe. "I suppose you wanted to know?" She whispered under her breath.

Harry nodded.

Hermione let out a small sigh. She stuffed her hand to the pocket and let the hand searched for the note. She felt a parchment paper, then dragged the hand out of there along with whatever she found.

Harry quickly grabbed it out of her hands. He elbowed Ron and unfold the note.

"I don't think you know, so I thought I'd let you know. I think you're really great, and I like that. I'm possibly your secret lover, yeah, let's go with that. And when I said secret, it means as in secret. I don't think I want you to find out who I really am, but I'll leave a clue.
Fraternizing with the enemy." Ron read.

"Fraternizing with the enemy?" Harry said unsure.

"The enemy?" Ron asked. "You-Know-Who?"

Harry bursted into laughter.

"No, there's no way You-Know-Who is the one who did this." Hermione said while snatching the love note. "I think it's someone in the school."

Harry and Ron exchanged a glare.

She smirked. "And I'm gonna find out who."
